Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Dalton, Georgia. Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Radiology program of study with specialization and training in MRI
One years' experience as an MRI Tech
Valid Radiology/MRI license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ARRT or equivalent certification
Current ARMRIT or equivalent certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce high-quality 3D images used in medical diagnosis. They interact directly with patients and administer intravenous injections of contrast dye as needed and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic results. MRI Technologists are responsible for maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring patient-centered care throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Educate patients on MRI procedure and answers questions if they arise
Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions
Start I.V.s and administer contrast media per orders and protocol, monitoring patients for adverse reactions
Monitor image quality during procedures and make adjustments to scanning parameters for optimal diagnostic results
Document all procedure details, including imaging parameters and patient observations, in compliance with hospital policies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and timely delivery of results
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with infection control and hospital policies
Follow hospital safety rules and procedures including infection control and radiation safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of an MRI Technologist
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate

The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information.
Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to individuals' needs.
Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
Provide consistent and comprehensive services to all assigned individuals on your caseload.
Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Support strategic deal structures, customer negotiations, and margin management
Respond to external triggers (e.g., tariffs, cost shifts, competitive moves) with agility and discipline
Represent commercial in enterprise initiatives for systems, tariffs, price increases, etc.
Represent Strategy and Insights (SI) in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, Strategic Profit Teams, Plant RP acceleration and other commercial/enterprise projects focused on revenue optimization
Implement pricing systems (Vendavo, CPQ, other) and tools to automate and scale execution
Measure and report on pricing performance, margin trends, and ROI
Build and lead a high-performing pricing team over time, aligned with business growth and complexity of long cycle B2B business
Qualifications
10+ years in pricing, strategy, finance, or commercial leadership roles
Proven success in B2B manufacturing and/or growth focused innovative sectors
Strong analytical and modeling skills, including elasticity and scenario modeling
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across executive, brand, and sales audiences
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred:
Experience with pricing software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vendavo, CPQ)
MBA or advanced degree

The Memory Care Activities Director manages a team of Resident Assistants and serves as the dementia care expert in the community. They plan activities for residents with varying cognitive abilities, recruit volunteers, develop and execute Morning Pointe's Meaningful Day approach, and provide dementia care training to all associates.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall operations of Lantern Programming and create appropriate programming for residents with dementia.
* Present interactive memory care training.
* Address residents' complex dementia behaviors with an interdisciplinary team.
* Plan and conduct monthly caregiver support groups.
* Lead Lantern Program Weekly Review meetings.
* Maintain the department budget and ensure a safe environment.
* Complete resident profile forms and document participation in activities.
* Communicate with residents' families and responsible parties.
* Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various activities.
* Maintain involvement in the local community and represent Morning Pointe.
Qualifications:
* Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 2-3 years of experience in geriatric and memory care.
* State certification or ability to earn it within one year.

* Additional certifications in dementia care or related areas are desirable.
