Damar is currently seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to join our highly skilled ABA Program Manager team. The Junior Program Manager is responsible for the development of treatment plans and clinical oversight of their assigned client caseload. They provide proper supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Program Manager regularly analyzes client data and adjusts treatment plans and training materials as needed. The Program Manager serves as a leader in the clinic by attending meetings, providing additional training, delivering feedback, etc.

Responsible for providing 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team.
Completes RBT performance checklists as assigned.

As a Billing Specialist, you will...

Qualifications
