ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE (comprehensive, but not limited to):
Greenhouse Production:
• Responsible for all aspects of plant growing including seeding, pruning, transplanting, spacing, watering, hanging baskets.
• Set, pull, sort and store plants according to variety, growing needs and shipments.
• Perform irrigation activities, including setting up and moving irrigation pipes and equipment and watering plants both by hand and automated irrigation systems.
• Move containerized plants using rolling carts.
• Unload carts/bins/trucks/wagons at designated market and sort product for quality issues and repackage for sales.
Field Production:
• Perform field maintenance activities including pulling weeds, thinning crops, and spraying plants with herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides.
• Remove trash, rocks, and debris from the planting/ harvest area.
• At harvest, will be instructed to select vegetables based on specifications set by the supervisor.
• Operate tractors, sprayers, cultivators, planters, mowers, plows, disks, and other farm equipment.
Facility Grounds and Equipment Maintenance:
• Construction, uncover and/or recover greenhouses, with or without the use of power tools.
• Maintain facilities grounds including weeding, mowing and snow removal as necessary.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Be able to operate equipment with or without direction, in a manner that protects the operator, visitors, other employees, plants, crops, trees, facilities and equipment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 months prior experience in a greenhouse, warehouse, production facility or farm experience.

Summary
CHS, Inc. is hiring a Purchasing Supervisor in our Inver Grove Heights, MN lubricants plant to efficiently purchase manufacturing materials, equipment, and support services for our lubricants manufacturing plants. This role involves reviewing and analyzing sources of supply, qualifying suppliers to ensure they meet CHS material specifications, quality, delivery, and cost expectations. Additionally, this position will manage railroad leases and rail car movements to maximize utilization at the lowest possible cost.
Responsibilities
Review daily MRP reports and establish purchasing requirements to meet production demands. Consult with all manufacturing facilities staff on their material needs to establish purchase requirements, timing, specifications, etc. Manage inventory turns to meet objectives.
Place formal purchase orders via EDI, paper orders, phone, fax or e-mail. Create purchase orders from MRP demands or approved purchase requests. Responsible for approving purchase orders.
Qualify and negotiate all packaging, raw materials, and support services materials suppliers. Maintain close contact with vendors. Contact vendors with any discrepancies for materials delivered. Arrange for returns and ensure proper credit is received.
Keep manufacturing management apprised of looming material shortages, price fluctuations and recommended corrective actions to avoid recurring problems. Partner with manufacturing team to reduce material costs.
Manage railroad leases. Monitor daily rail car movements for all locations to maximize rail car utilization and keep demurrage costs at an appropriate level. Provide work direction to other office staff as needed. Perform special projects, assignments and committees as directed by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Purchasing

Strengthen GTM and FP&A analytical capabilities
Lead GTM management reporting and analysis to enable identification of sales and margin optimization opportunities for our wholesale, retail and international operations
Provide financial insights and analysis to support customer-facing teams such as sales effectiveness, creating a robust, driver-based forecast model to enable predictive analytics
Support the sales operations team for any other commercial KPIs, such as size per deal, sales force productivity, attach rate, churn, and attrition rates
Support GTM initiatives to identify volume and margin growth opportunities across business
Partner with Directors of Strategic Accounts and Directors of Key Accounts to identify volume and margin opportunities
Partner with product line FP&A teams, complementing product line reporting & analysis with enterprise-wide opportunity identification as well as margin opportunities reporting and analysis
Partner with sales operations team to reconcile sales operations data to financial systems and leverage data to identify commercial cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Partner with IT resource to automate and streamline volume and margin reporting across product lines
Partner with sales leadership to develop and/or refine internal KPIs to drive top line growth
Minimum Qualifications (required)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis
Additional Qualifications
Experience creating professional presentations with exceptional story-telling skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across organization and to senior leaders
Experience with data visualization tools, SAP/SAC, Power BI, and CRM software
Confirmed proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex business problems
Experienced user of ERP systems and forecasting tools as well as strong experience working with various types of data and information

Summary
CHS is looking for a Truck and Trailer Mechanic to join our team in Rosemount! This individual will be performing preventative and light maintenance on our semis and trailers. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4pm. Hours can vary based on need, and there is potential for some Saturday work if need is high.
This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. $1500 will be paid after 30 days, and an additional $1500 will be paid after a year in the role.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain vehicles, machinery and equipment in the assigned area of responsibility to minimize unscheduled downtime and to improve availability and reliability of equipment.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to support operating departments with safe, reliable vehicles and equipment/machinery that are in full compliance with all regulatory agencies and at a cost within industry standards.
Provide assistance to more junior team members.
Perform record keeping and documentation as required.
Maintain efficient maintenance procedures and monitor a complete and reasonable spare parts/equipment inventory.
Maintain all tools and keep work areas clean and neat.
Follow all CHS policies and procedures. Participate in company training for service and repair of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
2+ years of experience in Production, Operations and/or Maintenance and/or Electrical Maintenance
Additional Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Vocational/technical school training in production maintenance/mechanics preferred
Previous experience in truck mechanics
Welding experience preferred
DOT compliance inspection experience preferred
Working knowledge of the operations, control, and functions of equipment and machinery
