Update TOP sample requirement chart with new sizes and/or quantities as needed. Assist in requesting and follow up for special sample requests from cross functional teams for store events or photo shoots with factories for cross functional teams. Responsible to send weekly packages to the Hong Kong Office. Assist in updating delivery dates in Blue Cherry as needed. Act as Back up for other Team members as needed, assisting with a variety of tasks, such as Style Master set up in Blue Cherry, entering packing lists in Blue Cherry, handling customs documents, reviewing and approving hangtags and care labels, Assist in Color follow up and administration etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Production Management or related degree Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills 1-2 years' experience with data entry (internships count) - Apparel experience a plus Knowledge of Blue Cherry or similar systems is a plus.
