The Senior Epic Business Analyst - SER/Cadence will serve as a key member of the IS Epic Cadence team, with primary responsibility for supporting, troubleshooting and optimizing Epic's SER (Epic's provider and resource scheduling profiles) issues and advising on key workflows. This role is within the Cadence team and will provide cross-coverage with Scheduling support and training. The Sr. Analyst collaborates closely with operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions and ensures ongoing system reliability and performance.
This position is funded through September 2028 with the potential for extension.

+ Submits and resolves issues in accordance with DFCI issue management processes
+ Serves as the liaison to PeC for supported business area and participates in PeC BA meetings
+ The Business Analyst may also be asked to lead small to medium projects that cross over multiple teams within the organization.
+ Use higher level of experience and the grasp of the "big picture" to handle more complex tasks
+ Provides guidance/training to the Associate Business Analyst
+ Recommends decisions / solutions to team and Business Analyst Manager to present to PeC
+ Participates in vendor and user conferences as directed

**MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
The position prefers a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare, or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including revenue cycle experience with healthcare finance systems. Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office and Visio is required, along with a strong understanding of workflows relevant to the supported business team. Experience in developing and integrating business processes is essential. Epic certification(s) are preferred or must be obtained as per program requirements.

The Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC) within the Mongan Institute is seeking an intellectually curious and highly organized individual with supervisory experience to serve as a Research Program and Project Manager with a focus on research related to adolescent health and HIV. The candidate will work with an internationally recognized, multidisciplinary team from Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, alongside collaborators from many institutions, including the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the National Institutes of Health, and the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network.
MPEC uses methods of clinical epidemiology, economics, and computer simulation modeling to evaluate clinical outcomes, costs, and cost-effectiveness of strategies for preventing, managing, and treating HIV/AIDS, TB, and other diseases, both infectious and non-communicable. The adolescent research portfolio focuses mostly on HIV and includes up to 10 active projects funded by several grants and contracts. The adolescent research team includes 2 faculty, 1 fellow, a senior program manager, 3-5 research assistants, and an administrative team of 5, as well as dozens of collaborators. The Research Program and Project Manager will play a key role in research program administration, including supervision of research activities, training, and staff, in addition to managing a designated portfolio of individual projects and potentially contributing to projects as a researcher, if interested.

Ability to manage and track 2-3 projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, and related regulatory guidelines including ISO 14155.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and scientific domains.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Box.
Passion for health, wellness, and WHOOP's mission.
