The Program Administrator I coordinates programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out following specified objectives. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provides operational and administrative support in the development and implementation of program functions.
+ Staffs program meetings including preparing agendas, generating minutes, following up on action items and supporting related program initiatives and projects.
+ May be responsible for maintaining program databases, collecting, and analyzing data, and preparing reports to track program progress and outcome.
+ Serves as a central point of contact between staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
+ Assists with planning and execution of seminars, meetings, and special projects.
+ Triage inquiries and provide general problem resolution related to program with appropriate level of urgency.
+ Maintains and manages processes associated with varied programs, projects, and events.
+ Prepares documents such as correspondence, reports, presentations, packets.
+ May be responsible for promoting the program through various channels such as social media, email newsletters or community outreach efforts.
+ Keeps all members of the team up to date with relevant program information.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Submits study financial account creation requests for each new Clinical Research contract budget in a timely manner, as necessary.
+ Maintains master list of study account numbers with applicable study IRB numbers for tracking and reporting purpose.
+ Maintains an updated list of payment contacts for all studies and funding sources, as applicable.
+ Monitors study payment activity and consistently pursues collections from extramural research sponsors and funding sources on all open accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
+ Tracks, documents, and reports payment collection follow up with study funding sources while maintaining accurate and organized accounts receivable files.
+ Organizes and maintains the Clinical Research Accounting central e-mailbox; Responds to study accounts receivable and payment status inquiries via e-mail communications.
+ Receives Clinical Research checks and wire payments; identifies and enters payments received to the correct study record in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS); Stores copies of all payments received for financial reconciliation purpose; submits payments to Finance for study account deposit.
+ Prepares accounts receivable and other financial reports, forecasts, and analyses, as instructed.
+ Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher level Clinical Research Accounting team members; escalates invoice revision and justification requests to the applicable Clinical Research Accounting Specialist.

We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support practice operations at our fast-paced Urgent Care centers in South Weymouth and Pembroke! We're committed to delivering the highest level of care with a smile, and we're looking for people like you to help us do so! Clinic/Practice Assistants serve as the face of our medical group and play a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side.
Our Urgent Care Centers are designed to provide walk-in service for minor conditions such as allergies, respiratory infections, sore throats, sports injuries, minor cuts and bruises, and various illnesses requiring immediate non-emergency medical care in the South Shore region south of Boston. Our qualified, friendly health care providers treat adults and children (age 6 months and up). We know urgent medical situations often happen unexpectedly, so our clinics are open seven days a week, and most visits last less than an hour, so our patients can get back to what matters. Our operating hours are weekdays from 8:00am-7:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am-3:30pm, and Sundays 9:00am-1:00pm.
The Clinic/Practice Assistant will be scheduled for shifts at both Urgent Care locations: 541 Main Street in South Weymouth, MA and 15 Corporate Park Drive in Pembroke, MA.
The weekly 32-hour schedule consists of two 12-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and one 8-hour shift, which may be scheduled in the morning or afternoon. Weekend coverage is encouraged but not required. Occasional holiday coverage may be requested; however, we're closed on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Years Day.

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Job Summary
This is a full-time position for someone interested in helping patients with complex psychiatric, medical and social problems improve their access and utilization of psychiatric/health care services.
A Community Health Worker (CHW) is a trusted member of the community who helps patients better access and coordinate their psychiatric care. We believe that CHWs have the skills and experience to understand what patients are going through and help them address the social and medical problems that lead to poor health. The goal of a community health worker is to assist the most high-risk patients with the tasks of getting psychiatric/medical care, working on health goals (such as arranging care, filling medication prescriptions, planning healthy meals, or finding time to exercise), and to help them deal with the "real-life" issues that keep them from staying healthy. Although a CHW is not in a clinical role, having the capacity to learn basic clinical concepts in order to identify when a referral to a licensed clinician is appropriate is an important skill.
The CHW will work with patients receiving care at Brigham and Women's Hospital outpatient psychiatric clinic. CHWs are integrated into the outpatient psychiatric team, serving as a bridge between the team and patients in the community. As a CHW in our department, you will develop trusting working relationships with your patients and be supported by a psychiatric team that includes social workers, nurses and psychiatrists.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide community health work services for patients identified as high-risk due to psychiatric or psychosocial challenges.
* Attend initial and continuing education training programs including self-directed reading and in-person and online learning.
* Work with patient and interdisciplinary team to set goals for patient's care.
* Meet patients in the emergency department, primary care clinic or hospital to reinforce and advance patient goals.
* Coordinate resources for identified problems including community mental health services, homelessness, substance abuse and food insecurity.
* Make weekly follow-up calls to patients.
* Motivate patients to meet their health goals.
* Provide culturally sensitive services to patients from different cultures.
* Assist patients with organizing their records, making follow-up appointments, and filling their prescriptions.
* Help patients fill out applications for Medical Assistance and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
* Provide advocacy, patient education and support in accessing community-based and hospital-based programs.
* Refer to internal or external care management services when other issues are identified (i.e., food insecurity, domestic violence, etc.)
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the social worker, nurse, psychiatrist and health center behavioral health team.
* Document each patient encounter in detail.
* Prepare reports and documents as needed or requested.
* Attend a clinical team meeting with program supervisors.

The COACH - Community and Opportunities at Children's Hospital - internship program mission is to create a pathway for emerging healthcare professionals, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and dedicated mentorship.
The opportunity
The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.
This role is hybrid in Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor.

Job Summary
The Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking highly motivated pharmacists to join our expanding team of Primary Care Pharmacists. This position offers a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of new clinical pharmacy services within a primary care setting! We are hiring one full-time pharmacist (1.0 FTE), with flexible options available for candidates who may be interested in a part-time role (0.8 FTE).
In this role, clinicians will collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty services to manage chronic disease states through a Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) agreement. Initial efforts will focus on the management of hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, expanding to additional disease states in the future. Key responsibilities for the clinician include conducting comprehensive patient visits, creating and implementing patient centered, guideline directed disease state management strategies, and providing ongoing monitoring. Recognized as an integral member of the team, pharmacists will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, population health coordinators, medication access coordinators, and community health workers to support holistic, patient-centered care and improve health outcomes. Non-direct patient care responsibilities include participation in quality improvement initiatives, research, and the training and education of multidisciplinary team members and learners.
Qualifications
Clinical Pharmacists assume responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. Clinical Pharmacists proficiently provide direct patient-centered care and integrated pharmacy operational services with physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel to deliver optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states. These clinicians are aligned with target interdisciplinary programs and specialty services to deliver medication therapy management and to ensure pharmaceutical care programs are appropriately integrated throughout the institution. Pharmaceutical care services include, but are not limited to, assessing patient needs, incorporating age and disease specific characteristics into drug therapy and patient education, adjusting care according to patient response, and providing clinical interventions to detect, mitigate, and prevent medication adverse events. Clinical Pharmacists serve as departmental resources and liaisons to other departments, hospital personnel, or external groups. They proficiently manage the appropriate use of medications according to professional and regulatory standards. They also conduct practice-related research and patient care, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives designed to improve medication-use processes or pharmacy practice. Part Time/Hybrid Position
The licensed clinical social worker will provide supportive care services for the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Program. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessment, counseling, group facilitation, and resource navigation for AYA patients and their families.
Following the initial AYA needs assessment, the social worker will meet with patients and/or families to evaluate psychosocial needs and collaborate with the AYA program manager and nurse practitioner to coordinate care as well as with disease group social workers. The role involves providing psychoeducation, mental health support, crisis intervention, counseling, group facilitation, and resource connection to address the wide range of challenges faced by AYA patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults in an oncology or related medical setting and be skilled in crisis intervention, short-term counseling, bereavement support, trauma, abuse, neglect, and substance use concerns. This is a multifaceted role supporting holistic patient care by integrating psychosocial services throughout the treatment journey.

We are seeking a part-time, 25-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Westwood!
Urgent care, also called walk-in or express care, offers timely treatment for non-emergency conditions. We care for adults and children ages 3 and up, addressing a wide range of issues such as respiratory illnesses, infections, minor injuries, rashes, and stomach problems. Because patients often visit when they're feeling unwell, our team prioritizes compassion and emotional support alongside quality medical care.
This role is located at 90 Brigham Way, Westwood, MA. The schedule consists of working 2, 12.5-hour shifts per week during the weekdays, Monday-Friday. Since Urgent Care is a 7-day-per-week operation that delivers care during the day, evening, weekends, and holidays, the schedule for this role will require 1 on-call shift per 4-week scheduling period, weekend, holiday coverage and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
We do our best to keep all employees at their assigned centers; however, for on-call shifts, employees must be able to commute to any of our locations, including Boston Common, Brookline, Lynn, Natick, Newton, Westwood, and Woburn. You may also be asked to report to any of these centers during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of staffing shortages or other extenuating circumstances (for cross-coverage purposes).
