The Senior Director - Americas Sales is responsible for driving commercial growth through a regional sales structure, ownership of pricing strategy, leverage of sales force effectiveness (SFE) to continuously improve our sales capabilities and drive a culture of customer focus and share gain throughout the organization. Regional Sales Manager
is responsible for
leading the growth of the Digital Pathology business for their respective region. They execute the strategies to drive growth and goals through self and the management of Digital Pathology Sales Specialists and Solution Architects through clear tactics, KPI's and market knowledge.

The essential requirements of the job include:

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) In Life Sciences or similar subject area.
Current experience in direct scientific capital equipment sales is highly desired, individuals with inside sales, field sales, laboratory or other environment will be considered if highly qualified in the field of LCMS. 3 years sales experience preferred.
Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office

This Director will shape our go-to-market infrastructure, commercial operating models, and sales enablement across both standalone Polyphonic enterprise software and Polyphonic software that is connected to JJMT devices across the Surgery portfolio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and sales leaders in the business and MedTech Digital to facilitate successful go-to-market and commercial activities and ensure policies and procedures align and complement each other (eg for Launch Excellence programs).
Project manage GTM readiness for new digital offerings- ensuring upstream alignment, contract readiness, field preparation, and launch execution discipline.
Develop processes for utilizing metrics to generate insights that help senior management and sales leaders identify and understand the business drivers of key accounts and sales trends and build accurate sales forecasts
Execute SKU/pricing decisions, including creating discounting frameworks and running decision desks for resolution of issues during sales process
Drive sales reporting processes that produce accurate and consistent results and contribute to the creation of sales performance dashboards that allow sales team members and business to monitor sales forecasts, track key performance indicators, and ensure continuous improvement.
Build and maintain sales enablement toolkits, including building and leading sales training and field onboarding for digital selling and creating playbooks, value assessments/calculators, and demos.

Your Team
