Job Purpose and Impact
The First Line Production Supervisor 2nd Shift will provide strategic operational oversight for all production operating facilities with moderate presence in multiple regions or moderate degree of complexity. In this role, you will oversee and hold operating facilities accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
* Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance.
* Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
* Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timeline.
* Administer production budget for a department, process, or shift and executes purchase orders and ensures timely payment of invoices
* Develop operational plans and monitors routine operations for all production processes for multiple departments, processes and shifts.
* Develop, supervise and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles for assigned facilities or region.
* Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

KOL Engagement

The District Manager, Neuroscience will:
Be responsible for the development, execution of compliant promotion of all Neuroscience promoted portfolio products in all optimal sites of care across both outpatient and inpatient settings to approved health care professionals. This role directly supervises Sales Specialists within the defined district. General Motors has needs for qualified Die Maker Journeypersons. Working under minimal supervision, the skilled trades Die Maker Journeyperson is responsible for building, repairing, remodeling, and maintaining all types of dies using various types of material.
Primary Responsibilities:
Follow established safety procedures according to OSHA standards and company procedures
Fabricate and/or repair dies for production, including performing required welding operations
Read blueprints to perform die repair/fabrication
Perform die repair, using mills, lathes and grinders as well as hand tools
Make in-press repairs of dies/tooling
Die tryout duties as required

Job Requirements

About the role:

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.
