Come join our team as our new Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives who will play a critical role in supporting and driving North America marketing towards achievement of its most critical objectives. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing programs for our specialty business segments and manage cross-functional initiatives to drive core growth. It will be critical to create followership through engaging/motivating associates and managing change to achieve results with others.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred.

* Previous experience in project management with strong analytical and planning skills
* Ability to travel 25%, domestically.
