The Quality Director - Americas is responsible for leading and overseeing the quality strategy, systems, and operations across multiple sites within the assigned region. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of quality excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position reports to the VP, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and is part of the Quality Team located in Cortland, NY; Timonium, MD; Deland, FL, San Diego, CA; and Putnam, CT and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop and implement regional quality strategies aligned with corporate objectives while serving as the regional point of contact for quality-related escalations and problem solving.
+ Lead and mentor site quality leaders to ensure consistent execution of quality systems and standards; Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA Food & Beverage, PEC, ECHA, etc.).
+ Oversee internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
+ Develop and manage the regional quality resource and capacity planning.
+ Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence; Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Management); Master's preferred.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
+ Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Automotive, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Military, Electronics, Paper, etc.. ).
+ Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
+ Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Willingness to travel regionally as required (up to 30%).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Certification in quality (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt)

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $150K - $195K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Your responsibilities will include:
Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution. Procedural support in a competitive environment. Our technologies encompass 3D Mapping and Navigation systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders.
In this field-based role, the Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist will begin with an intensive training and development program to gain in-depth knowledge of our technologies and prepare for success. Upon completion, the specialist will provide expert clinical, technical, and educational support to physicians, EP Lab staff, and sales representatives during cardiac procedures using the Opal HDx mapping system within a defined territory-contributing directly to patient care and business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, PFA, mapping and recording systems, transeptal access tools, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies I add
* Attending procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs to provide clinical support on Boston Scientific AF Solutions products, including the Opal HDx mapping system, FARAPULSE, transeptal access tools, diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, and WATCHMAN FLX devices
* Educating customers on clinical usage and benefits of AF Solutions products through customized presentations, demonstrations, and ongoing training
* Meeting with physicians and clinical stakeholders to assess their needs and demonstrate how Boston Scientific products support optimal patient outcomes
* Developing relationships with hospital staff, physicians, and administrators to expand influence across departments and facilitate strategic decision-making
* Responding to clinical and technical inquiries by collaborating across functions including sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical support
* Demonstrating change leadership and collaborating cross-functionally to align local activities with broader strategic goals
* Implementing strategies outlined in quarterly action plans and coordinating efforts with sales teams to advance business objectives

* Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
* Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible to manage the customer support system in the installation, service and repair of all products supported by DePuy Synthes. Responsible for interaction with customers over the phone and in person for the handling of customer technical inquiries, and complaints.

We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Field Research Specialist, this is a field-based position for the U.S. Preferred candidates will be located near a major airport and have a strong clinical background in procedural areas.
The Field Research Specialist is a dual-role position that combines field-based clinical research engagement, technical expertise in medical device support, and on call, bedside clinical support. This individual serves as a critical bridge between research operations, clinical trial execution, and procedural/device support.
This individual will be responsible for driving clinical trial enrollment, retention, and building trusted partnerships with investigators, coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams. They will optimize patient safety, mitigate trial enrollment barriers, and ensure robust data integrity. JOB DUTIES
* Provides field support for clinical research related enrollment and procedures.
* Serve as a technology, protocol and clinical trial procedure expert and resource Abiomed stakeholders, physicians, and research personnel at the site.
* Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of clinical trial sites.
* Understand and assess investigators' interests and qualifications.

The Facility Manager is responsible for planning, construction, safety and maintenance of building infrastructure, equipment, and systems. This includes management and oversight of repair, maintenance, installation and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment.

+ Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
+ Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision
+ Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent
+ Minimum one year year of production/manufacturing experience
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum 10 hours.
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
