The Director of Commercial Operations is responsible for playing a strategic and enabling role across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams. This position ensures operational alignment, process efficiency, and data-driven support to help regional teams meet commercial goals. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.
This position reports to the VP Sales and Customer Service, General Manager and is part of the Americas Commercial Dept and will be fully REMOTE.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Apply knowledge of key business drivers and partners across the Commercial organization to Identify and solve complex, operational and organizational problems, implement automations, and develop process improvements that drive commercial effectiveness
Influence leaders to take action based on data driven decisions, oversee regional performance tracking, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across commercial functions
Develop and prioritize plans for Commercial functions, lead CRM and other commercial tool optimization within region to improve automation, reduction of Muda (waste), data quality, usability, and adoption of standard work
Oversee Sales Operations teams to streamline workflows, improve Customer Experience through the entire OTC cycle, enable Sales, and steer cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with corporate functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Global Commercial Operations) to align regional needs with enterprise systems and global strategies.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, related field with 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business process improvement OR 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business process improvement
Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational change
Proven knowledge & experience with automation tools and scalable process design
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles, performance metrics, and commercial planning
Travel Requirements:
This position requires up to 50% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

**Requirements**
+ Advanced Degree Required (MD, PhD)
+ Minimum 5 years of experience working in the biotech industry, focusing on cardiovascular medicine.

+ Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, preferably cardiac electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field-Based Education Leadership: Develop and execute a national strategy for in-field education that supports sales teams, clinical specialists, and customer-facing roles.
- Professional Education Oversight: Lead the design and delivery of education programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians and non-clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant, industry-related experience with history of success in healthcare medical devices is required
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility (Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Education, and/or other Commercial Functions)
- A minimum of 5 years working on global team or in multiple regions is preferred.
- Deep clinical knowledge of MedTech platforms and procedures is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of successfully managing a team is required.
- Strong influence of management and communications skills working in highly matrixed organizations required.
- A valid driver's license in the United States is required.
- This role will require up to 70% travel.

The expected base pay range for this position is $173,000 to $299,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Your role at Baxter
The Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all applicable environmental, safety and industrial hygiene support programs and company policies. The ideal candidate will strategically plan for and assist in compliance with all federal, state and local EHS regulations; act as primary liaison with external regulatory agencies; communicate Baxter's Global EHS Policies to the regional facilities; and lead roles in some select or specialized EHS programs and/or activities as assigned.

Evaluate and act upon new environmental and& safety regulations.

Develop and maintain Goals, Targets and Key Performance indicators for all EHS programs as appropriate
Lead the EHSS Governance teams (Emergency Response Team, Safety Committee, etc.)
Oversight of operations and maintenance for the wastewater treatment plant.
Lead site activities which impact areas of environmental and/or safety compliance with Federal, State, or Local regulations.
Effectively works with all levels of organization including direct labor through senior management, and influences improvement.
Partner with leadership to investigate Safety and Environmental incidents and non-compliance events to facilitate mitigation of identified gaps.
In collaboration with management, assist in developing and implementing site policies concerning environmental and safety issues EHS&S Programs.
Monitor and advise the facility regarding environmental permitting requirements related to operations and construction.
Manage and secure contracts for hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal program.
Supervise and provide technical guidance to EHS&S team, including EHS&S Engineer, and Occupational Health Nurse and Wastewater Treatment Operators.
Primary contact for regulatory agencies such as EPA and OSHA for inspections, permitting, and reporting.
Ability to participate in EHS assurance reviews at other Baxter facilities.
Assure that plans are developed and implemented to assure that Baxter's activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
Provide information and direction to management on potential threats to the business that may result in legal action against our organization or company officers.
Facilitate the EHS training program and development ; develop written programs where applicable.

Purpose: The US Associate Director of Provider Relations is a critical customer-facing role responsible for leading innovative programs supporting health care transformation and access to innovative technologies. Tapping into expertise in health economics, health policy, and reimbursement, they lead discussions with influential decision makers within the key accounts to support strategic and product level decisions. As a key member of a dynamic, results-oriented team, the position will play a key role in executing innovative value-based care initiatives including innovative contracting strategies, such as outcomes-based agreements. The Associate Director will also present, as needed, economic models, share insights on market access trends, disseminate economic evidence, and execute HEMA evidence/data sharing and market access strategies with the account. The position is also responsible for supporting and partnering with key internal business partners to execute robust strategic account plan and lead other market access capabilities. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining engagement and relationships with customers that are mutually advantage for both parties, serving as a conduit for customer insights and needs.

As a member of the MedTech Surgery Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Team the US Associate Director of Provider Relations working under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines:
Execute customer facing Provider Relation strategies for JJMTS products/procedures/services focused on expanding the dissemination of HEMA evidence.
Deploy tailored strategies to address provider requirements for priority products/procedures/services (i.e., evidence dissemination initiatives or programs)
Integrate customer insights and understanding of the reimbursement landscape into the development of customer programs and materials.
Partner with key HEMA functions to deploy provider resources, such as reimbursement hotlines, tools, economic models, real-world data dashboards, etc.
Lead and/or support priority market access initiatives/capabilities, as assigned, such as, but not limited to, local market access initiatives, integrated payer-provider relations strategies, reimbursement/market access assessments, reimbursement hotline management, evidence dissemination workstreams, internal/external training, etc.).
Support innovative/value-based contracting initiatives including, but not limited to customer engagement, dissemination of evidence and coordination of other HEMA functions.
Monitor changes in reimbursement and provider landscape impacting priority areas and translates them into insights and recommendations.
Partner with other HEMA functions and business partners to create internally disseminated insights to help shape and inform business strategy.
Establish strong collaboration and partnership across HEMA and with business partners to align priorities, goals and objectives, including cadence of communication and reporting metrics.
Partner to deploy integrated payer-provider strategies and other local market access strategies which require closely engagement and collaborations with providers, when applicable.
Promote innovative approaches to expand the impact of the Provider Relations and US HEMA teams.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in health policy, health service research, business administration public health, public policy, health administration, health economics or economics preferred.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Health plan industry and track record delivering business impact that includes health economic evidence communication, health policy, and reimbursement.
Ability to work from strategy development to execution and value creation in a dynamic organization is required
Previous US market experience with a strong understanding of medical delivery systems, reimbursement, market access conditions and health policy trends in the US is required.
Solid knowledge of evidence needed to drive favorable US reimbursement and market access is required.
US market development/therapy expansion/commercial experience is preferred.
Previous experience with Medical Devices, health economic evidence communication, and reimbursement preferred
"Make it happen" and "roll up the sleeves" mentality, drive and motivation, and persistence to achieve goals
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present, communicate and disseminate complex data and concepts.

Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
* Deep understanding and experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.

Purpose: The Sr. Manager, Paid Media is responsible for developing and executing J&J's “always on” paid media strategy across a wide range of channels including programmatic display/video, CTV, social media, endemic properties. Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement “always on” paid media strategies, including tent pole moments, to achieve Corporate Equity objectives.
Determine and optimize the ideal channel mix for paid media initiatives.
Manage ongoing paid media campaigns, including agency management, ongoing optimizations, launch of new assets through trafficking sheets, pixel placement, and preview link oversight.
Participate in weekly status calls to assess and drive optimization of paid media campaigns in market e.g. monitoring bid caps and creative optimization opportunities.
Assist with ad hoc POVs or strategic planning related to J&J's paid media presence; act as a consultant to various functional paid leads.
Budget management of working media and non-working media dollars under department management.
2. Audience, Data, & Measurement Excellence
Use internal and external data sources to refine audience strategy and targeting tactics.
Proactively identify opportunities to test and learn new, cost-efficient ways to reach target audiences (e.g., new channels, ad formats, A/B creative testing).
Guide the development of a measurement framework with stakeholders and agencies to track effectiveness and test hypotheses.
Refine analytics and reporting processes to capture actionable insights and create performance narratives for senior leadership.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Content Strategy
Partner with stakeholders to champion fit-for-platform content and creative strategies aligned with media plans.
Collaborate with team members to provide ongoing strategic counsel, support, and knowledge sharing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, including platforms and the Media Excellence Team.
Act as a gatekeeper of J&J's social media channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and channel standards.
4. Brand Safety, Governance, & Flexibility
Assist in developing and executing key controls to ensure brand safety and reduce risk, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidance and operational controls.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$137,000.00 - $235,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
* Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison -Neuroscience, will be responsible for leading the CAPLYTA Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy, as well as contributing significantly to the overall KOL strategy across the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with the brand team. This territory includes OH and KY.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development. This includes oversight of regional peer to peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and other related activities as needed.
* Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to craft future strategies for the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.
* Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs, and other key partners to achieve above-brand priorities.
* Maintain pulse on regional trends and closely coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners to ensure heightened KOL and customer engagement strategies that are fully aligned to the Brand strategic imperatives.
* Partner with coordinated analytics team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns to advise peer to peer and insight program placement.
* Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres
* Facilitate, participate, and attend advisory boards where appropriate
* Coordinate executive engagements with KOLs and commercial leadership
* Closely supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.
* Assist in crafting future innovative educational platforms including national and regional recommendations to tailor our education to local needs and creating innovative solutions in further engaging KOL's at all regional and national medical congresses.
* Leadership of the overall neuroscience strategy inclusive of mapping, framework development, innovative engagement planning for current brands and future launches, inclusive of marketing operations for KOL strategy and planning including agency management, champion materials through CAC, Totality, MRC.
Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
* Deep understanding and experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.
* Travel can be up to 65%; this includes internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.
* A Valid Driver's license issued in the United States.
Preferred:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in neuroscience.
* Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations is preferred.
* Deep medical/scientific knowledge/experience with a firm understanding of the psychiatry marketplace is preferred.
* Experience leading through change and transformation, product launches, and exceptional communication and leadership skills is preferred.
