The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support at the senior executive level. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring travel and time optimization, driving operational efficiency, and managing high stakes situations.
This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be onsite in Vista, California.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, local meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism; the ability to anticipate executive needs and address potential issues is required.
Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions; further will hold responsibility for tracking and managing complex and simplex projects, timelines, deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, secure resources, and maintain seamless operational flow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
Demonstrated ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

The Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing Quality Engineering support for end-to-end design, software, and hardware development projects.
This position reports to the Manager, Quality Assurance and is part of the Quality Assurance team located in Vista, California and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work independently and with cross-functional project team members to develop process and design deliverables including quality plans, design, software development, manufacturing and auditing documentation, test methods, and Device History Records and assist with the development of project verification and validation activities
Own the development and maintenance of the product risk management process, hazard analysis, and assist with cybersecurity, FMEAs for multiple projects in accordance with ISO 14971 and ISO 62304
Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues faced during execution of process verifications, validations, and Design Transfer to manufacturing in accordance with established procedures and transfer schedules

The Senior Global Technical Trainer, Digital Pathology for Leica Biosystems is responsible for serving as the Master Trainer (MT) for various Digital Pathology (DP) products, such as the Aperio GT 450, our flagship pathology slide scanner. The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) exists to provide high precision mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment. We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support our precision machining operations, with emphasis on CNC Swiss Turning processes. This role is heavily focused on day-to-day shop floor support, working directly with operators and machines to solve production challenges, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. This is not a research, management, or desk-only position-success requires practical machining knowledge, process troubleshooting, and strong collaboration with production staff.
Responsibilities
As a manufacturing engineer your duties will focus on manufacturing processes of machining (Swiss-type turning), deburring, cleaning, and inspection.
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support on the production floor for CNC Swiss and conventional turning machines.
Develop and maintain setup documentation, work instructions, and process sheets.
Optimize machining processes for cycle time, tool life, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with operators to address daily challenges in tooling, setups, and dimensional control.

Qualifications

In support of and under minimal supervision, the Environmental Test Technician inspects, environmentally tests and dispositions optical thin film coatings on witness coupons in a high-paced production department. This position focuses on the execution, monitoring and detailed inspection of accelerated aging tests performed on thin film coatings to determine pass/fail of product (temperature, humidity, salt fog, adhesion, etc).
The optics and associated witness samples for measurement require careful handling and attention to detail as parts in this stage are typically considered finished goods and can be easily damaged if meticulous protocols are not followed. The work for this role includes:
Organize and maintain samples and sample traceability provided from various departments for contract specified environmental testing requirements
Organize testing by schedules provided via department management and Planning function
Keep detailed, meticulous records to provide objective evidence of sample traceability and proof of sample testing and results per requirements
Maintain detailed filing of records for the purpose of retention in accordance with customer contracts or AS9100 standard and requirements
Set up, perform, and report on testing per MIL-specifications or other program requirements
