Pros of working at DanceOn

Creative, engaged people will gravitate toward a company that portrays itself as dynamic, exciting and successful. So a lot of people who worked there were great. But the company is nothing like that, so they didn’t stay long.

Cons of working at DanceOn

Endless wheel-spinning, aimless leadership. Zero substance. No actual product or service.

DanceOn benefits

Compensation was decent while the investors’ money was flowing. We all got paid well for doing a bunch of fun stuff that generated no discernible income. Fun while it lasted!
