In 1935 they transformed the shirt patterns into shirtwaist dresses.
United States Patent and Trademark Office records indicate the Danecraft jewelry mark was registered in 1938.
The name of the company was changed to Danecraft in 1945 when Primavera purchased Felch’s interest in the company.
In 1946 Providence, Rhode Island, Victor Primavera, James P. Felch and Agnes I. Bruno incorporation Felch & Co., Inc for the manufacture, sale and distribution of jewelry and associated supplies.

History of Sarah Coventry Jewelry William Stuart of CH Stuart Co. and Rex Wood founded the Sarah Coventry company in 1949 Newark, New York.
In 1953, Felch & Co., filed an amendment to their articles of incorporation stating the company would be known as Danecraft, Inc.
Christian Dior died in 1957.
Purchased by the Bazar Group in 1971.
