Cons of working at Danfoss

Low pay, Corruption in management, lack of care for employees, you will be treated like a faceless number and made to feel like a complete idiot for asking questions.

What do you like best about Danfoss's CEO and the leadership team?

There is very little I could say positively about them. They are so disconnected from the workforce.

How would you improve Danfoss's culture?

Show the employees you actually care about their quality of life.

How did you prepare for the Danfoss interview?

No preparation needed. They will literally hire and Joe shmuck off the street.

How does your compensation at Danfoss compare to the industry average?

The workload is very high and the pay very low compared to the industry standard. Unless you get a second job you will struggle to make ends meet in a single income household.

What's the diversity at Danfoss like?

The whole factory is predominantly white. There is no diversity at this plant.

What brings you the most joy at Danfoss?

I get the most joy out of thinking about the day that I can retire and never think about this place again.
