Duties include supervision of residents at ILV to ensure safety and to facilitate positive activities during the evening such as tutoring, life skills instruction, and recreational activities. On-going encouragement and support for youth. Acts as positive adult role model and is instrumental at the provision of “situational” life skills training events. Work schedule flexibility is required for late afternoon, evening and weekend availability.
