    A Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring the flows, pressure, and specifications of a Glycol and Amine Processing Plant. Responsibilities * Operate plant facilities and various equipment/systems including Glycol and Amine processing plant, process controls and measurement, pumps, pressure relief system instrument air system, dehydrators, fuel system, emergency shutdown systems, gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, gas-fired boilers, process pumps, amine treating systems. * Ensure safe, efficient operation of the plant, including proper adjustments of operating conditions and process troubleshooting. * Optimize processing throughout the facility and maintain proper product specifications. * Respond to alarms and problems within the plant and make appropriate corrections. * Safely perform plant startup, shutdown, and respond to plant emergencies. * Maintain established plant or equipment logs as required. * Perform lock out/tag out procedures and may monitor field compressor status through the use of SCADA. * Coordinate maintenance, manage change, and update procedures as required. * Implement all plant Health, Environmental, Safety, and Security procedures such as emergency response, safe work procedures, Spill Prevention, Countermeasures, and Control (SPCC) reporting and monitoring environmental compliance and wear all required PPE. * Monitor safety performance of plant and non-plant personnel and correct deficiencies as appropriate. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Must live within 70 miles of Laredo, Tx. * 1+ years of experience in maintaining and operating Refined Products Pipelines, Terminals, Pump Stations, or equivalent industry roles. * Proficiency in pigging operations and documentation. * Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining LACT Units. * Operational Qualification Certification preferred; required for the position. * Clean driving record, adherence to vehicle policies, and ability to maintain company vehicles. * Availability for regular and emergency call-outs. * Ability to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug/hair follicle test, MVR, agility, and fit for duty. * Physical ability to exert force, lift objects, climb heights, balance on surfaces, and perform fine motor skills. * Auditory attention and hearing sensitivity necessary for maintenance indicators. * Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements per company Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.

JOB SUMMARY The Mill Operator II is responsible for maintaining safe and effective operations within their area of responsibility in the Mill Department. They will work with the Operator I and Utilities to accomplish assigned tasks throughout their shift.
