Pros of working at DAP

401k and health coverage were ok. Overtime is there since they csnt keep people.

Cons of working at DAP

The pay was horrible. Management plays games and makes excuses. Constant favoritism. If you dont march like a soldier for them or dance when they tell you, you can expect to be targeted. The people you work with are brought in off the street with no background checks and theyll let anyone in. So expect to be working with convicts and addicts. Management turns a blind eye to so much just to keep the 14 dollar an hour temps making them money. The bonuses are pathetic. The raises are trash.
