They steal your customers and sales to give to their buddies ans sometimes talk customers out of sales.

Nothing. If they aren't spending 2 hours of meetings telling you how great they are at sales and everybody else sucks they're finding was to give your money away to their Muslim buddies.
Hiring qualified people instead of people who look for ways to chase customers out.
Walked in with a resume and over 20 years experience
At first it was good but then they see how much you've earned so they change the pay plans to steal your money
There are only diverse things in service, other than that you have to be at least an Arab or muslim to work there
When I finally left after being screwed over by more of the list of endless managers who can't seem to keep a job
