As a Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for the company, representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy at all times. You will greet visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate departments in accordance with company procedures, and respond to basic inquiries. Additionally, you will manage incoming phone calls-screening, routing, and taking detailed messages-while also providing general information as needed. The role also includes administrative support using QuickBooks and other software programs to assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone presence Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish is a plus) 1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
