As a Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for the company, representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy at all times. You will greet visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate departments in accordance with company procedures, and respond to basic inquiries. Additionally, you will manage incoming phone calls-screening, routing, and taking detailed messages-while also providing general information as needed.
The role also includes administrative support using QuickBooks and other software programs to assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone presence
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service
Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish is a plus)
1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to sit for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required

In this role, you'll:
Greet clients/corporate managers and determine the nature of their visit.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, and preparing documents for meetings.

Our Front Desk team is the first point of contact for potential and current customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, both in-person and over the phone. Front Desk Associates must be proficient in fielding general questions, providing in-depth knowledge of the Kids First/Kick First curriculum, promoting sales, and registering students all while ensuring the best possible customer experience. They are expected to surpass all expectations under the guidance of the Lead Associate or Manager while acting as a contact point between swim instructors and customers. Most importantly, Front Desk Associates will build rapport with all customers and students to create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Provide highest level of customer service to all customers and visitors upon arrival
Answer telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and directs phone calls
Actively recruit and retain customers, prospective and current
Process student registrations using positive sales and customer service techniques.
Meet daily sales objectives
Resolves customer concerns or complaints using a sensitive approach.
Refers comments and concerns appropriately to Lead Associate or Manager
Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
Oversight of basic pool operations
Maintenance of aquatic facility
Participates in training/in-services as required.
Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Lifeguard certification preferred
Pool Operators certification preferred
