Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
Manage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support their restaurant performance & execution.
Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
Education/Experience:
Basic computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic math and financial management
3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
College degree preferred

Responsibilities:
Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures, including but not limited to, bagels, croissants, muffins.
Fill, frost and apply toppings per Dunkin' Brand specifications.
Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety.
Set up donut case to Brand standards.
Brew all iced and hot coffee prior to restaurant opening.
Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary.
Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Education/Experience:
No education requirement
Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
Previous baking experience preferred but, not necessary (We'll train you!)
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
