What You Will Do
Shipping/Receiving of different types of materials
Inventory tracking and reconciliation
Organization of all storage areas
Light maintenance and sanitation of the assigned work are Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients
Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting requirements
Loading and unloading
Follow all safety standards
Operate different types of machinery. (i.e. forklift, power pallet jack, terminal tractor)
Work in a cool and refrigerated environment
Provide supplies to the production teams
Assist with training new personnel

What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior forklift experience
Basic math, computer skills
1 year production experience preferred
2 years of warehouse experience
Accurate/Timely receiving and inventory management practices; use and tracking through scan guns, pallet tags, pick lists, packing slips, BOLs, computer entry into Oracle and Access Lot Tracking data base

What You Will Do

Performs CIP and sanitation of the equipment in the wet processing area and associated silos; maintains organization of the work area; and performs ongoing cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks in compliance with good manufacturing practices.

Operate processing equipment to achieve and maintain finished products results within target specifications.
Perform routine equipment inspections.

Utilize continuous improvement tools to improve plant reliability including defect handling, CIL (clean inspect lubricate), breakdown analysis, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in dairy or food processing required, drying operations preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of maintenance and repair to include mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and building maintenance, wastewater treatment, boiler operation and maintenance, and refrigeration.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining process control software.
Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team in continuous improvement activities.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

What You Will Do:
Identify cost-effective and efficient transportation routes for dairy products and resolve issues related to transportation of the product.
Coordinate customer orders and requirements for load scheduling by utilizing software tools and factoring in elements such as geographic regions, delivery schedules and product volumes to maximize truckload efficiency.
