The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth, differentiation and long-term value for Darigold and our Northwest family farmer owners. What You Will Do * Lead strategic brand planning for assigned portfolios, including development of long-term brand vision, positioning and growth strategies. * Translate insights into action by synthesizing category, consumer and customer data into compelling brand strategies and initiatives. * Champion brand stewardship across the organization, ensuring consistent messaging, design and experience across all touchpoints. * Oversee integrated marketing plans across paid, earned and owned channels, including media, shopper marketing, sponsorships and promotions. * Drive innovation strategy, leading cross-functional teams from ideation through commercialization, including concept testing, formulation, packaging and launch. * Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop customer-facing materials and storytelling assets that support sell-in and reinforce strategic partnerships. * Mentor and guide junior brand managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and accountability. * Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and efficient execution of campaigns. * Own brand budget(s) and marketing spend, ensuring financial discipline and ROI across initiatives. * Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to shape an enterprise-wide marketing strategy, capabilities and processes that drive repeatable success. What You Bring * 7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields within CPG/FMCG. * Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results. * BA/BS required; MBA preferred, with academic background in marketing, business or related disciplines. * Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with fluency in marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, SWOT, etc.). * Expertise in consumer insights, syndicated data analysis (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) and performance marketing tactics. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities with a collaborative and proactive approach. * High adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset and strong project management skills in dynamic environments. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year- availability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays is a must! The ideal candidate for this role excels in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple repetitive tasks. You have a strong attention to detail and are committed to producing high quality product. You also enjoy working with others to achieve team goals but can work independently without direct supervision. Must be available to work any shift. What You Will Do * Operate, but not limited to the following milk processing equipment: Dryers, Dryer concentrate equipment and all associated equipment. * Maintain efficiency standards set for the operating area; Contribute improvement ideas and initiatives; Work with a Waste Reduction Mentality. * Performs CIP and sanitation of the equipment in the Main Dryer area, Dryer concentrate area and associated equipment; maintains organization of the work area; and performs ongoing cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks in compliance with good manufacturing practices. * Operate processing equipment to achieve and maintain finished products results within target specifications. * Perform Quality Tests and component tests on milk constituents in accordance with company or regulatory guidelines. * Perform routine equipment inspections. * Ensures that tagging and identifying notifications on tanks are correct and recorded properly. * Maintain accurate documentation as required. * Submits timely and accurate reports. * Assist with training new personnel. * Maintain clean and safe work area. * Follow all company safety, working, and Good Manufacturing Practice policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. * Due to the nature of products produced and customer requirements, the entire dryer room facility will be categorized as a hi-care area.
