What You Will Do
* Operate, but not limited to the following milk processing equipment: Milk Separators, Cream Pasteurizers, RO and Polisher units and all associated equipment.
* Maintain efficiency standards set for the operating area; Contribute improvement ideas and initiatives; Work with a Waste Reduction Mentality.
* Performs CIP and sanitation of the equipment in the wet processing area and associated silos; maintains organization of the work area; and performs ongoing cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks in compliance with good manufacturing practices.
* Perform Quality Tests and component tests on milk constituents in accordance with company or regulatory guidelines.
* Operate processing equipment to achieve and maintain finished products results within target specifications.

Summary:
Processes seafood by cleaning, trimming, segregating and packing product in packaging materials.
Essential Functions:
Cleans, scraps, trims and fillets product.
Opens and removes raw materials and places on belts.
Segregates product on conveyor belt or table according to grade, color, and size, and places product in containers or on designated conveyors.
Discards cull (inferior or defective) items and foreign matter.
Packs product in boxes, barrels, baskets, cans, totes or crates for storage or shipment.
Operates machine(s) to move live or packed seafood from place to place.
Reviews workspace for cleanliness and safety.
Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
Performs other similar or related duties as assigned.
This is a nonexempt position with an hourly rate of $18.00 - $26.52 per hour.

Responsible for the creation/maintenance of locations; assists with getting related connects/disconnects equipment records from the Cooperative's Special Equipment File into the Cooperative's Geographical Information System (GIS). Does any drafting needed for system design work, plat preparation for GIS, or other drafting projects as needed.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):
Assists in maintaining the Cooperative's Geographical Information System (GIS) by obtaining, updating, and implementing all information pertaining to the electric distribution system that is provided by the engineering and operations teams through staking sheets and various other reports.
Assists in maintaining the Cooperative's Geographical Information System (GIS) by obtaining, updating, and implementing all information pertaining to transportation and land-use such as roadways, waterways, and state, county, township, city, and individual property boundaries.
Competently uses the dynamic link between the Customer Information System (CIS), Special Equipment File, and Geographical Information System (GIS).
Provides necessary Geographical Information System (GIS) data, drawings, and assistance required by employees to aid in the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of the electric distribution system.
Prepares and adds CAD information as necessary into the GIS, or removes or alters data as required.
Proficiently operates a personal computer, plotter, printer, scanner, and fax and copy machines. Efficiently uses software including, but not limited to SEDC, Futura GIS, Futura OMS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Provides drafting services necessary for system design work. Makes new drawings or provides changes as needed for updating system designs for substations, metering, or other projects.
Possesses a good working knowledge of RUS specifications and Construction Units.
Responds to power outages by operating Futura OMS, including taking outage reports, dispatching crews, keeping up on crew status, and projecting outage data for OMS system and for maps viewable by members. This will be in close conjunction with Operations Department
Checks data on system GIS to maintain flows for OMS projections and reporting.
Assists with providing data for the creation/maintenance of equipment locations and related connects/disconnects of equipment records between the cooperative's master Special Equipment File and the GIS.
Assists with checking accuracy of staking information imported into the Origin GIS map.
Recommends to the GIS Supervisor where improved efficiencies for the networking, usability, and operation of Geographical Information System (GIS) technology and related hardware and software may exist.
Assists with the maintenance of department files pertaining to electric distribution system equipment.
Keeps informed on the Cooperative's policies, plans, programs, and rates. Attends safety meetings, training, and other employee meetings as required. Uses safe working procedures and looks out for the safety of others. Reports unsafe conditions in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
Cares for and maintains all cooperative assigned equipment and supplies.
Serves as a backup for answering cooperative telephone calls, and responds appropriately to inquiries, routes calls to the appropriate person, or takes accurate telephone call messages if necessary
Serves as an editor for cooperative publications and documents by providing suggestions, changes or corrections as needed in a timely manner for various departments.
Conducts oneself in such a manner as to contribute a better understanding of the Cooperative when in contact with members or the general public, as well as maintain a harmonious relationship with all Cooperative personnel.

Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications:
10+ years' experience with manufacturing engineering, including preventative maintenance, automation, conveyance, etc.
Prior work experience directly managing a team.
Experience successfully completing ROI, gap analysis, capital and risk assessment for major capital projects.
Preferred Education & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Direct experience in Alaska fisheries.
