Job Summary

Monitor, oversee and review Resident Trust Reconciliations each month to ensure accuracy and balances and bring issues to the attention of campus or home office leadership.
Address operational concerns and develop action plans to ensure acceptable compliance levels.
Partner with Campus Executive Director to recruit, interview, select, hire train, coach, and counsel Business Office Personnel.
Monitor and ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Key Controls are in place at each campus and report any issues to campus or home office leadership for remediation.

Responsibilities:
• Clean rooms daily as directed by supervisor.

Position Purpose

Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.

Graduate Assistant - Golf Coach

The University of Evansville, a proud member of the Missouri Valley Conference, is currently accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant position to support both the Men's and Women's Golf programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to gain valuable coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level while pursuing a graduate degree.
Position Summary:
The Graduate Assistant - Golf Coach will assist with all aspects of the men's and women's golf programs, including but not limited to:
* Practice planning and preparation
* Scouting opponents
* Recruiting student-athletes
* Travel coordination
* Equipment management
* Administrative support and other duties as assigned by the head coach
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of golf fundamentals and NCAA rules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with student-athletes, staff, faculty, and the broader campus community.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required with a minimum 3.0 GPA
* Division I collegiate golf experience preferred
* CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or ability to obtain)
* Valid driver's license required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of and commitment to NCAA, Missouri Valley Conference, and University regulations and values
Compensation:
This Graduate Assistant position includes full tuition coverage for a master's degree program at the University of Evansville.
