We're hiring an Aircraft MaintenanceTechnician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Air Evac Lifeteam. This technician will be qualified to support our airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Aircraft MaintenanceTechnician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Two (2) years turbine powered helicopter experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid State issued Driver's License
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.

Consistently and fairly, initiates where necessary, documents and recommends appropriate written and verbal disciplinary action and commendations.
Analyze and assist in the resolution of work-related problems and diagnosis of malfunctions with machinery and equipment during shift.
Generate, as requested, input and track work orders delegated to staff in the Fleet Focus Maintenance Management System. Updates the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in the development, monitoring, communicating, interpreting, and enforcing compliance of administrative and department policies, operating procedures, uniform, safety compliance, regulatory standards, clean-up procedures and quality control processes to ensure efficient daily operations and workflow.
Responsible for retrieving, issuing, and logging parts and supplies required for use by shift employees.

POSITION SUMMARY
The MaintenanceTechnician is responsible for installing, trouble-shooting, repairing, and general maintenance of mechanical systems of plant/production machinery.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

Work within specifications and drawings, responsible for ensuring completion, minimizing waste within set dates and times
Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve results; ensure all equipment is running properly and meets operational requirement.
Work with maintenance crew to carry out maintenance and repair projects in mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, welding functions.
Comply with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including federal and/or state required environmental systems, OSHA Safety and Health rules, fire and electrical safety codes and manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including Management, employees, and vendors.
Working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, computers in an industrial environment including hardware, software configuration and troubleshooting, network configuration and troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics and trouble-shoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems, PLC's and motors
Strong maintenance, plumbing, electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
Must be well organized and keep the working area clean at all times.

The Opportunity:
As an Electrical MaintenanceTechnician you will be responsible for supporting the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 480V/3-phase power, motors, control panels, relays, sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and wiring.
Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, amp meters, IR thermometers, etc.) to isolate and resolve faults.
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Perform equipment installations, alignments, and system upgrades.
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming is required.
Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO), OSHA safety protocols, and NFPA 70E.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or on-call as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities Include:
General facility repair work including basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills
General welding: dock plates, dock bumpers etc.
Operation of company tucks to transport supplies and equipment
Weekly travel to company owned facilities for general dock and facility repairs
The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair:
Plumbing - general bathroom plumbing maintenance, familiar with flush vales (Sloan, Zurn, etc) and drains (including cabling/snaking when required). Repairing copper, pex, sink, faucet, toilet replacement
Electrical - add circuit and outlet/switch, replace outlet/switch, light fixtures/ballasts
Carpentry - install floor tiles including ceramic and VCT, repair and hang metal/wood doors, masonry repairs, concrete repairs, drywall, and other trades
Welding - stick welding carbon steel (dock levelers, dock bumpers, dock plates)
HVAC - seasonal preventive maintenance and minor diagnostic/repair
Roofing Repair- EPDM, TPO
Qualifications:
3-5 years of welding experience
3-5 years of general maintenance repair/troubleshooting experience
MUST have the ability to travel in order to service a number of facilities within an assigned geographical region
Work Schedule:
7AM - 5PM while at home facility
10-12 hour shifts while Traveling
Travel out 5-10 days per trip

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years' Industrial plumbing experience identifying various valves, removing, disassembling, evaluating (inspecting), overhauling, lapping, blue-fitting, reassembling, testing and installing.
