DARTdrones is the national leader in drone training, consultation, and expert support for new drone pilots. Great place to work

Cons of working at DARTdrones

You work solo so you need to be responsible. Not a "con" unless you don't do well under that scenario.

What do you like best about DARTdrones's CEO and the leadership team?

Very competent and intelligent. She is very intuitive as well.

How would you improve DARTdrones's culture?

Improve web placement and online access.

How did you prepare for the DARTdrones interview?

I applied and got a call from the CEO. I was hired after that. I worked there for 4 years prior to retirement.

How does your compensation at DARTdrones compare to the industry average?

I think the pay was good for part time work. I taught weekends a few times per month.

What's the diversity at DARTdrones like?

I think hiring the best candidate is preferable to hiring based on gender or skin color. In the U.S., you cannot hire based on skin color, religious beliefs etc.

What brings you the most joy at DARTdrones?

Working with people who want to learn a new skillset and working in a very happy company. The people there are great.
