Learn a LOT in such little time. Flat organization structure.
No direction. You either make or break your own career. No training or clear pathways to success. Preferential treatment for executives. Hands on workers treated as insignificant. Layers of secrecy even though all work towards same goal. Management out of touch with staff. Systems are poor
