THE ROLE
We are seeking a Principal HubSpot Architect & CRM Admin - an elite systems leader responsible for owning and scaling HubSpot as the backbone of Quince's revenue, operations, and customer data strategy. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
UW Medicine IT Services (ITS) is a shared services organization that supports all of UW Medicine. UW Medicine is comprised of Harborview Medical Center (HMC), UW Medical Center-Montlake Campus (UWMC-Montlake), UW Medical Center-Northwest Campus (UWMC-NW), UW Medicine Primary Care (UWMPC), UW Physicians (UWP), UW School of Medicine (SOM), and Airlift Northwest (ALNW). ITS is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications which support all these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications that are used to support and further the UW Medicine mission.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administer databases supporting clinical, financial, and administrative applications which support patient care
* Providing data access and security activities
* Resolving database performance issues
* Managing database capacity needs, replication, and other distributed data issues
* Providing advice, consultation, and support to partners, systems managers, senior computing specialists, and operations personnel of varying levels of expertise
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience
4+ years technology experience should include:
* 4+ years of progressively responsible systems administration, analysis, and programming experience on a broad range of platforms
* 2+ years of relational database systems administration and programming experience in a distributed networked client/server environment
* Demonstrated experience in relational database systems and other technologies
* Demonstrated experience working with teams in the development and support of applications
* Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work with personnel of various levels of technical background

Oran Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Lead to spearhead enterprise-scale low-code/no-code solution development efforts for a strategic Department of Defense (DoD) modernization initiative. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional Power Platform team and be responsible for architecture, governance, and delivery of secure, scalable, and mission-critical applications in a highly regulated defense environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Architect secure, compliant, and scalable solutions tailored for the DoD365-J environment (GCCH, IL5, IL6).
Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365, SharePoint Online, Azure, Dynamics 365, and DoD legacy systems.
Implement and enforce ALM and DevOps practices specific to Power Platform (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
Support ongoing modernization initiatives like MAI (Modernization and Analytics Initiative).
Collaborate with security teams to align application development with DoD cybersecurity policies and controls (e.g., RMF).
Guide junior developers and admins, performing code reviews, mentoring, and technical oversight.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and DoD program leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance (Required)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field
7+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years leading Power Platform teams
Deep understanding of PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors
Experience working with or within federal agencies, ideally within DoD or IC environments
Strong grasp of DoD cybersecurity frameworks, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and secure gateways
Proficiency in solutioning within DoD365-J or Microsoft GCC High/IL5 environments
Preferred Qualifications:
