About KYTC Division of Driver Licensing The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is a very diverse state agency that directly touches the lives of citizens and travelers every day. KYTC services are at work in all 120 counties and 12 highway district offices from highways, roads, bridges, vehicle licensing, driver licensing, and highway safety. KYTC employees and contractors are committed to meet and/or exceed the needs and expectations of our business customers. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escalate identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production. Oversees the ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc. Analyze, research, root cause and resolve ID Card issues to determine root cause and communicate findings with Supervisor Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of Marketing design phase. Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership. Support/consult with cross-functional partners to promote self-serve tools, and knowledge of ID Card processes. Support activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the ID Card Team or broader organizational initiatives. Maintain open, throughout, and timely communication with Supervisor, ID Card Production regarding any special requests, enhancements, and/or projects to gain alignment prior to commitment to support. Ensure compliance with all policies, standards of administration, service level agreements, procedures, protocols, compliance, and security guidelines. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of business experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Proficient in Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry. Work with Corporate Information Security (CIS) on requirements for protecting data. · Manage implementation and administration of data policy changes from a non-technical standpoint. · Audit and identify (non-technical) areas that are out of compliance with enterprise master data management processes, and assist in efforts to achieve compliance. · Participate in enterprise master data management vision and strategies, including tools, architecture, and processes related to the capture and exchange of data. · Support the implementation of a standardized reporting vision across the enterprise through ensuring that the metadata repository contains the appropriate metrics with correct source and calculation definitions. · Review and enhance processes that involve master data and reference data including impact analysis in phased implementations.
