Responsibilities: * Provide advisory support to healthcare clients seeking guidance on operational improvement, revenue optimization, industry benchmarking, and more. * Support coding and compliance reviews through robust analytics, ensuring regulatory adherence and revenue optimization. * Conduct comprehensive buy and sell-side healthcare due diligence, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. * Prepare client deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs, and adherence to project timelines. * Design and implement scalable data models and pipelines using modern data engineering practices. * Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows for performance and reliability. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or working toward a bachelor's degree (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance). * Proficiency in building robust Excel models and Microsoft Power BI dashboards. * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and processes, including but not limited to, data ingestion, modeling, and data analytic/visualization components. * Familiarity with SQL with experience in query optimization and database design. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting findings to executive audiences.
