Implementation, Delivery & Enablement
Lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing data and transformation frameworks that unify data across platforms and enable real-time, batch, and event-driven use cases.
Define and enforce data design standards, patterns, and best practices during implementation to ensure consistency, maintainability, and performance.
Mentor and coach engineering and analytics teams in data design principles, governance frameworks, and architectural discipline to ensure consistency and quality in delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data management and architecture roles
3 to 5 years of leading data strategy, governance, or modernization efforts
3 to 5 years of pre-sales, client solutioning, and/or consulting engagement in Data Management
Experience designing and implementing modern data architectures
Current understanding of best practices regarding data security, governance, and regulatory compliance
Experience in data modeling, data engineering, and analytics platform architecture

The Analyst, ID Cards is responsible for the execution of daily EyeMed Welcome Kit (ID Card) set-up, testing and production processes, and supporting process and system enhancements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escalate identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production.
Oversees the ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc.
Analyze, research, root cause and resolve ID Card issues to determine root cause and communicate findings with Supervisor
Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity
Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of Marketing design phase.
Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership.
Support/consult with cross-functional partners to promote self-serve tools, and knowledge of ID Card processes.
Support activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the ID Card Team or broader organizational initiatives.
Maintain open, throughout, and timely communication with Supervisor, ID Card Production regarding any special requests, enhancements, and/or projects to gain alignment prior to commitment to support.
Ensure compliance with all policies, standards of administration, service level agreements, procedures, protocols, compliance, and security guidelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of business experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry. Understands third party administration and ability to analyze and interpret plan benefit design
Experience in working in Business Objects, Facets, In-Design or similar platforms
Detailed working knowledge of computer operations and systems
Knowledge and understanding of the Membership and ID card systems/processes and standards of administration.
Ability to perform data queries/analysis
