Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAS and SQL. Hands-on experience with Tableau/ PowerBI, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics is preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Past experience in statistical analysis and knowledge of banking products. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and types (technical/non-technical).
