Shipping and setup of various accounts, hardware, and agreements in SAP along with other operational tasks related to the Studio. RESPONSIBILITIES: Salesforce Setup- * Working with partners through the onboarding cycle to complete their account set up (Salesforce, training provided) * Ensuring the correct agreements and documentation are in place prior to seeding the studios with pre-release hardware * Setting up Devkits in cooperation with customer service * Ensuring appropriate shipping and finance approvals from Operations, Finance and Snapdragon Studio team * Coordinating with Shipping and Inventory management teams to ship out hardware * Confirming in system that partners have access to software distribution sites (Createpoint, LIME, PCAT) * Closing loop with Studios to ensure receiving. Reporting - * Collect and analyze data to develop reports. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track Studios, agreements and HW seeding. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and build requirements as needed. * Ability to build dashboards or tracking for studios using excel and simple solutions to keep team on track * Managing inventory levels for Salesforce shipments and reporting on shipped/in-stock levels. * Tracking all Studios HW across all accounts and reporting to ensure ramp * Legal Agreement tracking * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting. Shipping Methodologies - * Learning various shipment methods for Retail vs Pre-Release * Transporting shipments between buildings * Picking up HW or dropping off HW to be entered into Inventory. * Managing relationships with shipping teams, customs, export, and compliance Comments for Suppliers: Onsite Critical 2 - Onsite Interviews 9-5 with flexibility for project demands
