Benefits
The pay range for the Analyst position is $68,000 to $ 91,000 per year, which represents pay for those of varying levels of qualification and experience. Most new hires are hired lower in the pay range and provided opportunities to elevate pay over time. We also have a bonus program for project performance as well as yearly performance.
Health, dental, and vision insurance effective the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. At this time, Parker Remick covers all insurance premiums for employees who work at least 35 hours per week.
Seven paid holidays per calendar year.
Paid time off during company-wide shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Employees who work a minimum of 20 hours or more per week are eligible to accrue up to 12 days of paid vacation time in the first year.
