The analyst will be responsible for helping JIOS scale its acquisitions pipeline by proactively sourcing new opportunities to acquire industrial real estate. The analyst will engage in direct outreach (cold calling and email) with owners of target properties, and develop and maintain relationships with prospective sellers. JIOS is a vertically integrated real estate company that acquires and manages industrial outdoor storage across the United States with dedicated discretionary capital and the goal of long-term ownership. The company currently controls a portfolio of approximately 130 properties across 25+ markets and continues to expand rapidly, targeting the acquisition of 50+ new assets per year.
