JOB SUMMARY The Data Coordinator assists in the management and maintenance of databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data analysis tasks. The role also participates in building and managing various databases within various software interfaces. The coordinator maintains or drafts applicable QMS procedure through the change control process as applicable. Oversees ERP issues, procedures, understanding, and on-site support for JOES NNA and other business partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General: * Beginning use and application of principles, theories, and concepts in major field of specialization. * Participates in solutions to a variety of problems using standard techniques. * Works under general supervision and follows established procedures. * Participates in projects with responsibility to complete tasks adequately and on time. * Primarily intra-organizational with less frequent interorganizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters. Specific: * Interfaces with, and works in, the SAP ERP system, Critical Manufacturing MES system, Windchill, ComplianceWire, and EtQ systems. * Assist with managing SAP IT, Service Now tickets for the respective site * Collaborate mass loads for routers and BOM updates. * Analyse software access requests, and execute as applicable * Maintain clear and organized documentation of data schemas, integration process, and partner requirements. * Participate in software transformation or upgrade projects * Training, guiding, troubleshooting if necessary * May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned and not all responsibilities may be assigned.
