We are seeking a DataAnalyst with deep expertise in SQL Server to design, build, and maintain robust data solutions that support critical business operations. This role focuses on developing tables, views, and stored procedures; creating and maintaining Power BI reports; and building pipelines and automations in Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with analytical thinking to deliver scalable, data driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
Optimize queries and ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support evolving business needs.
Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows in Azure Data Factory for efficient data movement and transformation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data processes, ensuring reliability and accuracy across systems.
Partner with cross functional teams on strategic projects and operational initiatives.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
BS/MS in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related), or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience with SQL (MS SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, MySQL), with a preference for Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) including stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and query optimization.
2+ years of experience with data integration platforms (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Boomi, etc.), with a preference for Azure Data Factory (pipelines, datasets, data flows).
2+ years of experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards/reports (data modeling, DAX/Power Query, refresh strategies, governance).
2+ years of experience working in or supporting operations based workforce teams, with strong understanding of operational processes and data needs.
Experience using Git for version control, including common workflows such as branching, committing, pushing, and submitting pull requests for code review and merge.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Power Automate for workflow automation.
Familiarity with data lake platforms (e.g., Hadoop) and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and scripting languages (Python, R).
Knowledge of workforce planning, scenario analysis, and optimization techniques.

Job Description:
The DHHS Division of Public Health is seeking a skilled Health Data Coordinator for the Nebraska Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program for the State of Nebraska.
Job Duties
Submit data performance and demographic annually, and engagement data quarterly on the Home Visiting programs to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through the Electronic Handbook (EHB). Annual submission of barriers to and steps taken to improve data quality and responding to HRSA requests for more information or data validation.
Create missing data Excel sheets for demographic data and performance data, including the element(s) that potentially caused the data to be missing. Verify what data is missing from the raw data when requested. Data should be pulled from Tableau.
Create and verify Excel sheets for each site containing selected measure data, including target IDs and relevant details, while maintaining records of data quality issues, needs, and interventions.
Email all local implementing agency (LIA) managers, coordinators, and supervisors their site-specific forms, along with missing data sheets and measure sheets, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Send individual emails and host virtual office hours for form review and technical assistance. Evaluate needs, support provided, and progress made.
Attend monthly check-in calls with each site to answer questions, provide updates, and/or reminders.
Receive updates from the University of Kansas Center for Public Partnerships and Research (KU CPPR) on data cleaning processes and challenges. Discuss concerns from LIAs that were unable to be addressed at DHHS, regarding missing data, logic, or other data specific topics. Maintain communication with KU CPPR throughout the year.
Review data by site and funding source for accuracy and quality, then print PDFs for each and the entire network, organizing them in the Home Visiting shared drive. Document significant quarterly changes, improvements, declines, and track needs, challenges, and technical assistance related to data quality.
Attend and contribute to meetings including quarterly monitoring call with HRSA, monthly DHHS Home Visiting Leadership team meetings, quarterly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) State Team meetings, monthly Manager/Supervisor Open Mic calls, or other meetings as necessary.
Attend bi-annual programmatic subrecipient monitoring site visits for each LIA, conduct file reviews and home visitor interviews along with the Home Visiting and Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) Program Specialist. Specifically looking for important data elements and home visitor knowledge of data processes.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Statistics or related field and one year experience in statistics, data collection, data management or related area OR Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field plus three years experience in any of the above or related area. Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Other: Some travel is required for biannual site visits across the state which can require up to three overnight stays. Also, attendance at an annual national meeting in Washington, DC that can require up to three overnight stays.

As a Learning Specialist Intern, Dealer Success, you'll support Valley Dealer Enablement initiatives by developing engaging learning materials and resources that enhance dealer performance and product knowledge. You'll create and deliver meaningful learning experiences focused on Valmont products and services, sales techniques, industry concepts, and business management best practices.
As part of the Dealer Success team, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts, design multimedia content, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and training facilitation. This role offers exposure to professional audio/video production, graphic design, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
Valmont's internship program provides a hands-on learning experience through project work, leadership development, job shadowing, and interaction with senior leaders across the company.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Design a variety of learning experiences including e-learning, face-to-face training, videos, and other multimedia
+ Collaborate with industry experts and internal teams to gather and develop content

**What We're Looking For:**
+ Junior or Senior pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Education, Computer Science, or Web Design
+ Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week in the summer
+ Minimum GPA of 3.0
+ Coursework or experience in one or more of the following: instructional design, graphic design, multimedia production, training facilitation, or digital marketing
