As a nursing professional, you have a calling to help others. We are looking for a licensed nurse who is detail-oriented and dynamic to be a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our facility. The MDS Coordinator orchestrates, directs and schedules completion of the MDS including Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPs) and Care Plans for residents. Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to apply. Must have experience. This position also requires on call every Wednesday and every 6th weekend.
Responsibilities and Purpose
Collect data for MDS, including quarterly MDS, for residents in a timely fashion as required by RAI manual and guidelines from HCFA. Review RAPs upon completion and all pertinent data.
Maintain accurate MDS/Care Plan tracking to ensure timely completion.
Ensure that each MDS is completed in an accurate, factual manner to reflect the resident's current medical condition as evidenced by physical assessment and documentation in the resident's medical record.
Coordinate decisions about whether to proceed to care plan or not and document on MDS as indicated and as required by state/federal regulations.
Electronically record and transmit MDS data according to the state database as required by state and federal regulations.
Desired Experience and Education
Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of the MDS and RAPs with the ability to draft a comprehensive plan of care for residents that is individualized and specific to current status and care needs.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that all matchday elements-from stadium setup to on-field experiences-run smoothly and create an exceptional fan experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with stadium setup and breakdown on matchdays, including signage, field boards, tents, tables, and other operational materials.
Support the execution of on-field experiences such as pregame ceremonies, halftime contests, and postgame promotions.
Help coordinate and operate fan activations and sponsor elements throughout the stadium.
Collaborate with other departments (Fan Experience, Merchandise, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, and Communications) to ensure all matchday initiatives are properly executed.
Maintain organization of storage areas and operational supplies before and after events.
Provide hands-on assistance to staff during matchday operations, ensuring all areas are prepared and functioning properly prior to gates opening.
Assist in post-match breakdown and reset for future events.
Uphold FC Tulsa's commitment to providing a professional, welcoming, and exciting environment for all fans and guests.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Participants must be working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in related field and/or training and must certify that they are able to receive college credit from an accredited college or university for their participation.
Excellent verbal communication skills are required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with an eagerness to learn.
Should be extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Ability to work under deadlines and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Knowledge of sports/soccer is preferred, but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
A Business Management Intern at Amrize learns about the Aggregates Mining Industry. Responsibilities include:
* Plan and lead weekly/monthly calls to present production and spending goals.
* Review current P&L's and create plans to lower monthly costs.
* Build relationships with vendors and obtain adequate knowledge of equipment to order correct
inventory.
* Operate scale house and perform administrative duties.
* Support the Plant manager and Production supervisor maintaining and operating the plant.
* Uphold all safety, environmental, and health standards according to company standards.

SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT
* Work Schedule:This is an onsite role with a mandatory 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, working an 8-hour shift each day.
* Work Environment: In this internship position, you will be working in an office, as well as in and around the plant
and site grounds doing a variety of managerial tasks to support all operational needs.
* Transportation: Interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from their worksites.
* Travel: Throughout the internship, you may need to travel to other sites for tours, shadowing experiences, or intern events.
