Department Overview
The Electric Safety and Compliance Strategy department provides safety and compliance oversight for Electric Transmission, Substation, Distribution, System Inspections and Undergrounding. The Electric Operations Safety Excellence team partners with the Enterprise Health and Safety (EH&S) team to provide strategic guidance to improve our safety culture and performance.
Position Summary
* Researches, links, and refines sources of information throughout the company to support the safety of coworkers, to maintain databases of safety metrics and corrective actions, and develop reports of findings, work methods, commitments, corrective actions and other related utility information
* Analyzes performance, identifies trends, monitors compliance with audits and identifies issues
* Designs and implements systems to collect, organize, transfer, and report data from various internal and external sources
* Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives
* Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training
The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location, subject to change per business needs.
PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $ 136,000.00
Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $ 232,000.00
OR
Minimum Base Salary (California) $ 129,000.00

EHR Support Analyst (ESA)
plays a key role in helping healthcare teams use electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently and accurately. ESAs monitor system alerts, resolve technical issues, and support staff with tools like Epic to ensure patient data flows smoothly across departments. They help maintain user access, troubleshoot application errors, and guide clinical teams through system updates and workflow changes.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving how health information is managed. ESAs contribute to better patient care by making sure the technology behind the scenes works reliably, securely, and in alignment with clinical needs.

About this Role:
The Enterprise Data and Information Management (EDIM), Program Data Reporting Division (PDRD) at the California DHCS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Research DataAnalyst II (RDA II) within the Community Programs Data Support Branch (CPDSB).
Under general supervision of the Research Data Supervisor II, the RDA II will independently conduct varied and complex research and data analysis. The RDA II will perform ad-hoc report development; conduct statistical work in a variety of subject matters such as Mental Health (MH), Substance Abuse Problems (SAP), and Substance Use Disorders (SUD), Lanterman-Petris Short (LPS) Act; utilize structured and unstructured data from existing reports and resources such as MH, SAP, and SUD, LPS Act data; create and implement research projects, and data models. This includes but is not limited to routine dashboards, performance evaluation reports and visual aids, and identifying trends and patterns using historical data. Using in-depth analysis, the RDA II will develop strategies and solutions for addressing immediate and ongoing information needs with an emphasis on independent data research skills. Specifically, the RDA II should have extensive experience with all Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and entry level experience with SAS, SQL, and ArcGIS programs.
