Job Description Pilot Company's Operations Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week, full-time program over the summer offering hands-on experience in management, sales and store operations while delivering meaningful guest experiences. Our operations internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience by gaining practical business and retail working experience in one of our Travel Centers. This internship is an interactive and challenging experience for students who are ready to learn and grow personally and professionally. Our intern experience provides professional-level learning in the following ways: 1.     Responsible for seamless order intake, validation, and processing to enable successful provisioning and billing orders to complete customer orders as a unit of work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and seek assistance when required to ensure a high level of quality of orders being entered. + Process new and transition orders for Federal agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal regulations + Utilize intake methods such as email, Ebond (Conexus, ETEMs), and Business Center to manage order requests. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing from intake to billing, including review of order provisioning and billing setup in the system. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EIS products, process flows, and service level agreements (SLAs). + Support operational dashboards for order visibility and forecasting to improve predictability and control. + Ensure all network hardware, core network configurations, and software requirements are accurately captured and assigned. + Support Services shall be executed in compliance with processing and program guidelines published by Customer. Minimum Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + 0-2 years of related experience in a network services environment with a focus on order intake and management and/or experience with data entry. Experience within federal government context a plus.
