Job Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Sanitization: Assist in gathering property data from various sources, including county records and assessment databases. Clean and format the data to ensure it is accurate,
consistent, and ready for analysis.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of property data for final valuation analysis.
Appraisal Support: Shadow and assist appraisal staff with inspections to gain practical experience in the field. Learn how property characteristics such as quality, condition, location and various improvements are evaluated.
GIS Mapping Support: Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to visualize property data. Update system data to reflect discrepancies found during GIS review of property data.
Additional Duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited college program in relevant field: Any
* Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
* Attention to detail, precision in data entry, with an ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.

Potential Areas of Training and Exploration:

· Cattle Feeding - data entry on daily cattle transactions including shipments, receipts, work orders and deaths, weekly and monthly reporting, performance analysis

· Inventory - updating spreadsheets and entering data, helping with physical counts, analyzing storage capacities and ordering product
· Reception - greeting customers and visitors, answering the phone and directing calls
