Roles and Responsibilities
Collects, monitors, audits, evaluates aircraft maintenance data for use in analysis reports, studies, trend analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Using statistical techniques, interprets findings while identifying trends and significant deviations, and recommends corrective action. Analyzes deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, materiel consumption, scheduling, management, and resources; their impact on the maintenance mission; and results of corrective actions. Prepares visual aids and synopsis for analysis studies to present to leadership. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field. 4 years of specialized military experience in the relative field can be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
A working knowledge of DOD aircraft maintenance data, preferably A-10, F-16, C-5, C-17, C-130, and/or F-15 aircraft mechanical, electrical, or avionics systems and support equipment.
Conduct advanced research and analysis on large datasets, utilizing sampling techniques and mathematical modeling to develop actionable forecasts and recommendations.
Must have an active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Has a working knowledge of commonly used Government Maintenance Information Systems and data mining software

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Configuration Management or Principal Configuration Management Analyst. This position will be in Warner Robins, GA, on-site, and will support the Integrated Mission Solutions Operating Unit, within the Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector. This location primarily supports the design, delivery, and sustainment of embedded electronic systems on various US and foreign airborne platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration management of technical data and documents related to the design, modification, production, or sustainment of complex embedded defense-related electronic systems. In this role, the candidate plans and coordinates the preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Additionally, the candidate is expected to perform configuration management planning, process control, and execution using the designated configuration management tool to ensure baselines are maintained and reproducible. They will also schedule and manage Configuration Control Board and/or Technical Review Board activities, conduct configuration identification and audits, collect and analyze CM metrics to identify areas for process improvement, and maintain, update, and improve CM processes and procedures. The candidate may also support other engineering activities related to document management, computer-aided design work request workflows, CM process improvement, and proposal support.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills and is expected to execute the configuration management analyst role with limited day-to-day guidance in a fast-paced team environment.
**Basic Qualifications for Configuration Management Analyst Level 2**

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The responsibilities of the Business Process Control Analyst will work alongside the Plant Department Managers and Supervisors providing operations business process leadership and business system expertise at the plant level. Coordinates and documents the movement of all materials in and out of the production areas with the help of the department material handlers. Works closely with both the department leads and supervisor to ensure all materials are accounted for and transactions made in a timely manner. Fulfills responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
PRODUCTION AND INVENTORY ANALYSIS
Actively monitor business processes, ensure data integrity by controlling daily, weekly, and period reporting for cost efforts, and security needs for the plant
Review business process documentation and update where necessary on a regular basis
Work closely with warehouse and operations leadership including their teams to help Identify root cause of data transaction errors in a timely manner including any remediation of errors
Identify and/or suggest improvements including documenting and supporting related activities
Provide implementation and ongoing support of new and existing plant operations business processes including SAP & Scanner training
Deliver plant business software application training at a one-on-one level, as needed
Provide On-Site leadership by initiating, monitoring, and minimizing risk mitigation in the event of business system failure through adequate planning
PRODUCTION READINESS AND REPORTING
Follow daily production schedule & Bill-Of-Material (BOM) list to ensure achievement of specified goals
Manage with Procurement all raw & packaging materials to ensure availability in the correct location for on time start-ups
Complete reporting for: Write-Off including Obsolete Provisions, Cycle Counting Changes, Scrap Transactions, Line Labor Analysis, Budgeting Needs and Trial Costs
TRANSACTION INTEGRITY
Ensure inventory input from location-to-location movements are made accurately and timely
Ensure all raw & packaging materials are correctly labeled and identified for proper disposition
Complete material cycle counting at required intervals as determined by finance and management
Control data entry of inventory transactions
Ensure accuracy of daily paperwork before settlement of process orders
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES AND OTHER
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work/storage areas
Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly
Adhere to company safety policies; wear and maintain safety equipment
Adhere to company personnel policies
Follow good manufacturing practices, along with company SOP's and SSOP's

The ideal candidate will serve as a Threat Hunting and Forensics Analyst within the federal client's Cybersecurity Division - Cyber Integration Center. A highly motivated individual with strong technical, communication, and organizational skills will succeed in this program.
The federal client's Threat Hunting and Forensics (THF) Team is responsible for performing two critical cyber security functions. The first being digital forensics in support of cybersecurity incidents requiring detailed analysis to reconstruct the series of events that led to a compromise or breach. The Threat Hunt and Forensics Team collects, processes, analyzes, preserves, and presents computer-related evidence in support of cyber incidents, law enforcement, fraud, or counterintelligence.
The THF Team also performs advanced cyber threat hunting throughout the IT enterprise, going far beyond simple indicator of compromise (IOC) sweeps. The THF Team analyzes detailed information and intelligence on known and emerging Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) and cybercriminal actors to develop attack hypotheses relevant to the federal client's IT enterprise. Working collaboratively with the client's Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Team and Continuous Penetration Testing Team, threat hunts are designed to find any internal indications of adversary activity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform active cyber threat hunt activities based on current cyber threat intelligence and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
Build queries, alerts, and automations to monitor activities and traffic across the network.
Perform detailed analysis to reconstruct the series of events that led to a compromise or breach.
Collaborate with the CTI Team to establish relevant tactics, techniques and procedures for prioritized cyber actors identified in the threat model.
Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to continuously develop and tune alerts and automations to detect and repel threat to the federal client's operations.
Develop cyber hunt activities based on attack hypotheses to identify indications of potential compromise or breach.
Possess advanced knowledge across various IT platforms in order to understand how attacks occur and what residual indicators might result.
Develop, maintain, and update the Threat Hunting Concept of Operations (ConOps) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as identified in contract deliverables.
Collaborate with and support the Insider Threat Program.
Execute proactive defense of the federal client's systems through IOC sweeps, host interrogation, and persistent threat hunting.
Conduct advanced analysis and adversary hunting activities in support of operations to proactively uncover evidence of adversary presence on federal client networks and follow Incident Handling processes for detected Insider Threat activity.
Receive and apply intelligence from the CTI Team, including IOCs and TTPs, to hunt for activity within federal client networks.
Provide status updates according to the reporting rhythm, maintain daily Activities Tracker, and prepare Enterprise Forensics, Malware Analysis and Advanced Hunting Plan & SOP as identified in contract deliverables.
Preserve the user activity monitoring audit data chain of custody in accordance with Title 5 U.S.C. (aka Privacy Act) and in compliance with Federal and DHS regulations.
Provide notification, escalation, and daily summary reports based on security event analysis in accordance with the current Federal requirements, DHS requirements and guidelines.
Proactively search through networks to detect and isolate advanced threats that evade existing security solutions.
Perform digital forensic analysis, including network, cloud, and host based.
Collect, process, analyze, preserve, and present computer-related evidence in support of cyber incidents, law enforcement, and fraud or counterintelligence.
Maintain a secure sandboxing solution, simulated Internet connectivity, multiple Antivirus vendor scanning capabilities, and other methods to safely determine malware affects and indicators.
Ensure that the malware lab contains appropriate digital media analysis tools and equipment (i.e., spare hard drives for replication).
Conduct forensic analysis of digital media or package and ship media to a designated computer forensic analysis team.
Identify, analyze, reverse engineer, and de-obfuscate content related to cyber incidents in the lab environment isolated from the client's networks.
Serve as technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the team.
Write, update, and modernize SOPs in accordance with applicable Federal policies, regulations, directives, and standards including, but not limited to, the current NIST Publications.
Conduct formal digital forensic investigations and document findings in formal investigation reports.
Conduct malware analysis and provide Malware Analysis Reports.
Develop new security content, such as network IDS signatures, endpoint and SIEM Queries and attacker TTPs after reversing malware.
Conduct purple team assessments in conjunction with the penetration testing team to measure effectiveness of existing logging and detection mechanisms and identify areas of improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts analysis of structured and semi-structured data sets, which include opinion research, social media-based big data, and various secondary-source indices.
Reviews the methods and means to provide data visualization and quantitative analysis to the team.
Develops automated approaches leveraging artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to streamline the input of operational assessment data into the Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) system.

Reviews/analyzes statistical data received from team members, other agencies, and CCMD organic assets.
Reviews empirical/quantitative studies conducted by similar organizations and determine reliability, validity, and other strength factors for potential use in theater.
Provides data visualization and explain quantitative analysis from the research team / vendors and quantitative analysis.
Responsible for contributing to analytic and assessment projects evaluating the Information Environment (IE) for a variety of Combatant Commands (CCMDs).

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
