    The **Sr. Pricing Analyst** prepares various types of proposals for development, production, and competitive contracts works on large/complex proposals. One has a strong understanding of estimating & pricing principles and demonstrates application through hands-on experience. In this role, the Sr. Pricing Analyst leads and supports reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management. This position can be anywhere in the U.S. within a 50 mile radius of an AV office. **Position Responsibilities** + Reviews Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy + Provides regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and presents costs estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies + Prepares and validates cost estimates for sustainment, engineering and manufacturing labor, materials, subcontracts and vendor data, parts & equipment + Identifies cost and price risks and applies to estimates where applicable + Supports DCAA audits and assists with contract negotiations as necessary and liaises between operations and other support organizations for estimating instructions and pricing + Performs analysis of cost estimates identifying inconsistencies and issues.
