The BPA II will apply knowledge of program areas to help define and implement a solution to a given problem that requires an individually tailored response for end-user requirements under the guidance of the Business/Functional Lead, Technical Lead, and Project Managers. This position will also be responsible for technical writing and review of processes for multiple business lines within the Department, content management for the Project SharePoint site, and providing guidance to other contract staff. The BPA will document the processes for both business and technical within the department. Additionally, the BPA will help write the test cases for the team and work with the Quality Analyst in support of the Test Plan.

• Evaluating the documentation created for a UTS Modernization project and other Department projects, and rebranding relevant documentation for Project MYNT using a team branding template.

• Understanding the AS-IS business platform and the processes that support the systems within the Department of Taxation.
• Understanding the TO-BE business platform and assisting with development of the new processes.
• Documenting the transition from the AS-IS processes to the TO-BE processes in “plain-language.”
• Supporting preparations for modernization and each phase of implementation.
• Organizing and attending various Department meetings
• Review and preparation of content for internal publication and distribution
• Prepare the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with other BPA staff

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
