This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and distributing quality metrics across the Lactalis US Yogurt (LUSY) business, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
The Quality Data Specialist will also assist in the investigation of consumer complaints, maintain customer portals, respond to quality-related inquiries, and help ensure regulatory compliance by managing state dairy permit renewals.

Provide support to consumer relations in their responses to consumer inquiries and complaints in the absence of Manager, Corporate Quality.
Implement and maintain internal store check product defect reporting platform.

Manage customer documentation requirements and maintain customer documentation databases.

Promotes accurate electronic file feeds by educating and training employer groups and TPAs about file formatting and requirements.

Reviews enrollment data for accuracy by comparing and analyzing error reports and performing audits. Collaborates with TPAs and employer groups to reconcile discrepancies and update records.
Improves claims adjudication by performing scenario testing, researching errors, and updating enrollment data in the custom enterprise system.
