The Lead HPC Architect, Cybersecurity, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity infrastructure and technical operations of Scientific Computing's computational and data science ecosystem. This ecosystem includes a 25,000+ core and 40+ petabyte usable high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. Key Responsibilities:
HPC Cybersecurity & System Administration:
Design, implement, and manage all cybersecurity operations within the HPC environment, ensuring alignment with industry standards (NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, NYC Cyber Command, etc.).
Implement best practices for data security, including but not limited to encryption (at rest, in transit, and in use), audit logging, access control, authentication control, configuration managements, secure enclaves, and confidential computing.

The Opportunity
You'll be the engine behind our reporting and analytics: building and refining dashboards, dissecting campaign performance, and crafting predictive models. You'll translate data into insights for both our clients and internal teams-accelerating campaign ROI, improving deliverability, and elevating every touchpoint.
This is a NY based position, requiring 3 days per week in the NY office.
What You'll Do:
Analyze & advise: Dive into large email, SMS, and eCommerce datasets to surface trends, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and map them back to client goals.
Build & iterate: Create self-serve dashboards and advanced Excel models (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) to monitor KPI and uncover trends
Predict & prescribe: Develop predictive and clustering models in Python or R to forecast deliverability, engagement, and churn, then turn insights into action plans.
Own the analytics workflow: Streamline on-shore and offshore reporting processes, enforce data-governance best practices, and build proofing checklists to guarantee hygiene and accuracy.
Leverage AI: Experiment with AI frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, enrich reporting, and turbocharge data-driven decision making.
Collaborate & communicate: Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients in clear, compelling narratives.

The Part-Time Public Health Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Nutrition, providing oversight and quality assurance of the Live Healthy! data; creating effective tools for both gathering and organizing the data; providing accurate data analysis; collaborating with the Program Director on reporting documents; and the daily function and coordination of NY Common Pantry's office/administrative systems; Performing in-depth statistical analysis with presentation of findings; Supporting data interns with semester placements and project development. Responsibilities:
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Work closely with management to complete program reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
Manage and oversee data interns from stakeholder institutions for community nutrition rotations, as needed.
Implement and create processes that improve survey data processing and significantly reduce and/or eliminate manual data entry.

Perform independent research to identify and include new demographic, health, and food systems data sources for needs evaluations and comparative analysis.

Participate in leadership meetings with the Manager and Program Director to help develop a future vision and objectives for the Live Healthy! program, take on leadership roles in project planning, troubleshooting, and implementation of new strategies and initiatives.
Use mapping software such as ArcGIS to evaluate needs and visualize program results.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems, with demonstrated application of skills in a health-related context.

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to work directly with our customers on our Merchant Health Team. You will be part of a growing operations team which is responsible for Riskified's customers' performance, quick problem-solving, and online fraud prevention in real time. You will take a major part in research and investigation of new online-fraud trends, in a super-dynamic environment, and therefore stand at the forefront of Riskified's work. NYCP is seeking a Part-Time Public Health Data Analyst to join our Live Healthy! team. The Part-Time Public Health Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Nutrition, providing oversight and quality assurance of the Live Healthy! data; creating effective tools for both gathering and organizing the data; providing accurate data analysis; collaborating with the Program Director on reporting documents; and the daily function and coordination of NY Common Pantry's office/administrative systems; Performing in-depth statistical analysis with presentation of findings; Supporting data interns with semester placements and project development. As a part of the NYCP Bronx office, the Part-Time Public Health Data Analyst will support the Live Healthy! Program and NYCP as a whole to assess the impact and effectiveness of nutrition education programming. A strong emphasis is placed on providing evaluation and quality assurance of the SNAP-Ed program to show its effectiveness and efficacy.
The Part-Time Public Health Data Analyst will report to the Director of Nutrition. Office locations will vary between Manhattan office and Bronx office.This is a non-exempt, part-time position, up to 28 hours per week., with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 1 day remote.
Please note that this is a grant-funded position with funding anticipated up to September 30th, 2026. Continuation of this position is dependent on contract renewal.
Responsibilities:
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Work closely with management to complete program reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
Manage and oversee data interns from stakeholder institutions for community nutrition rotations, as needed.
Implement and create processes that improve survey data processing and significantly reduce and/or eliminate manual data entry.
Develop complex data systems and procedures that connect different data sources using Visual Basic and Power Queries in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL in Access that streamline data processing.
Design and implement efficient and effective procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
Provide technical assistance and training to team members and staff.
Analyze and interpret data, both from quantitative and qualitative analyses, using accepted statistical and qualitative research methods.
Perform independent research to identify and include new demographic, health, and food systems data sources for needs evaluations and comparative analysis.
Present findings from survey data to management and the team, and collaborate with staff to improve survey tools and reporting processes.
Participate in leadership meetings with the Manager and Program Director to help develop a future vision and objectives for the Live Healthy! program, take on leadership roles in project planning, troubleshooting, and implementation of new strategies and initiatives.
Use mapping software such as ArcGIS to evaluate needs and visualize program results.
Explore and implement new and innovative ways and technology to evaluate program objectives and present program successes and outcomes.
Examine large-scale and long-term datasets to evaluate overall program impact and reach.
Support other Food Program departments with data analysis efforts.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems, with demonstrated application of skills in a health-related context.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

Comfortable working with diverse populations.
Interest in food and nutrition, public health, community advocacy, and/or equity work.
Analytical skills in collecting, organizing, and interpreting large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
Experience with databases (Unicentric) and Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, Stata).
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual and reliable; Honest and trustworthy; Respectful and diplomatic; flexible and proactive; and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
Multi-task and work in a highly trafficked area.

This position is a full-time/salaried on-site opportunity based in Hicksville, Long Island.
The EPIC System Analyst is responsible for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of EpicCare Ambulatory applications. Perform basic analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). Work closely with Operational counterparts to ensure delivery of expected outcomes. Provide expert and creative solutions to end-user requirements and problems. Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed assigned system(s). Generate reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provide support and troubleshooting to end users. Document end-user issues and recommend steps to prevent recurrences. Work collaboratively with other EPIC applications and the Training Team to provide positive outcomes for our end users.
