Requirements/Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Post high school coursework, training, or experience in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process applications. Preferred Qualifications: * Five years of experience in Emergency Medical Services * Two plus years of analysis and evaluation of EMS Data. * Licensed as an EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic. * Understanding of the National EMS Information System (NEMSIS) data standards. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel / Visio / SharePoint / Power BI). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. * Ability to clearly and concisely communicate (written and oral) technical information to non-technical audiences. * Ability to determine report query structures, pull and analyze data, develop reports based on data and analysis. * Strong verbal/written communication, and presentation skills. * Experience working directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. * Effectively communicate with internal and external clients, peers, and management. * Self-motivated / self-starter with the ability to work individually * Strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to multi-task with changing priorities and requirements. * Ability to create a project plan. * Experience in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. * The position must be able to perform work assigned with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines for timely completion of concurrent projects. * Experience in meeting facilitation / information gathering / research exploration and problem resolution.
