Responsibilities

Brixton is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their Planning team. This role is critical to supporting their daily operations through accurate sales tracking, inventory management, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
This is a temporary role based out of California. This role will be based at our Carlsbad office, with an expectation of being onsite four days per week (Monday-Thursday).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Sales Management: review and manage sales data daily
Inventory Data Maintenance: clean and reconcile inventory data on a weekly basis
Weekly Reporting: build and distribute detailed weekly reports
Excel Sheet Creation: develop and accurately maintain various Excel spreadsheets tailored to business needs
Allocation Management: support product allocation processes
Ad-Hoc Analysis: assist with ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions, trends, and insights
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, inventory, planning, or data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; the ability to create and work within complex spreadsheets and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent communication skills for distributing reports and presenting findings
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience in retail, wholesale, or inventory-based businesses.
Familiarity with reporting tools or ERP systems
SALARY RANGE
The base pay for this position is between $38.00-$40.00/hour. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Brixton's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.

We are looking to add a Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for leading process improvement efforts in the company's Operations, Manufacturing, and other functional areas by identifying and implementing innovative methodologies to automate or streamline processes. Primarily focuses on initiatives that leverage and optimize the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and advanced data analysis tools. Responsible for guiding critical business initiatives, ensuring they are planned and executed to successfully implement best-in-class solutions. Provides ongoing support for the resolution of business systems issues. Coordinates between operational departments and IT on a wide variety of technical improvement projects by actively managing or assisting various functional groups in IT improvement projects. Activities are performed independently and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Quality Management System (QMS), safety and administrative regulations and policies.
