We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst II to join our Strategy & Analytics team-someone who brings a blend of marketing savvy and technical fluency, thrives on solving ambiguous business problems, and knows how to connect the dots between performance data and strategy. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, advertising, and client services. What You'll Do Analytics Infrastructure & Tracking Implement and troubleshoot web and campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and custom conversion setups across platforms like Shopify, ticketing systems, and CRMs. Ensure accurate event tracking and attribution to support campaign insights. Data Strategy & Modeling Build models that empower strategic decision-making, including forecasting tools to guide daily budget pacing, conversion rate benchmarks, and ROAS expectations. Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop scalable reports and dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets. Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. Integrate data from marketing APIs, ad platforms, and CRM systems into clean, usable formats. Client-Facing Insights Present complex ideas and insights clearly and confidently to both clients and internal stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Help shape media strategy by translating campaign performance into actionable recommendations. Work across brand and agency stakeholders to align on goals, test strategies, and optimize spend.
